At Residence Belvedere Vista ***, directly on the beach in the Viserbella di Rimini area, and very close to the Rimini fair.
MODERNLY FURNISHED SEA VIEW AND FRONT APARTMENTS, with large balconies, directly on the beach, maximum capacity for 5 people. The listed prices are for 4 people and the fifth bed has a supplement of 50 euros per week.
The PENTHOUSE is seafront, with two double bedrooms with a third bed and a kitchen with a double sofa bed, measuring approximately 80m.
For the penthouse, the listed prices are for 7 people, for each additional person there is a supplement of 50 euros per week (max 10).
Weekly package for utilities and final cleaning: 70 euros for two-room apartments, 80 euros for the penthouse.
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival: 100 euros for families, 200 euros for groups of friends and for those traveling with pets.
All apartments have sea views and are composed of a kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, and cooking hobs, a double sofa bed and TV, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower curtain.
Seafront two-room apartments, that is, sea view from the kitchen and bedroom, cost an additional 50/100 euros compared to sea view two-room apartments.
Bed linen and towels can be rented at our facility for 10 euros per person per change.
Parking in the underground garage or in the external parking lot is available at a cost of 50 euros per week.
Your (well-behaved) pets are welcome, even the beach affiliated with us accepts them by downloading the form found on our website.
Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, minimum stay of 3 nights in low season.
