In the morning, a rich buffet breakfast awaits you at our restaurant to start your day off right. Our breakfast is rich and varied with high-quality and genuine foods, many of which come from local and 0 km producers. Not to mention the wide range of products for food intolerances and gluten-free options. You will be happy to note a great attention to food intolerances and the needs of vegetarians. For 10 years, we have been part of the AIC circuit (Italian Celiac Association). Therefore, at Hotel Cadiz, you can be sure that different work surfaces and machines are used to avoid contamination.

At breakfast, the corners of delights include:
- In the drinks corner, there is always espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, a selection of different teas, fruit juices, milk, soy milk, natural and sparkling mineral water.

- In the sweet corner, you can taste homemade preparations (also gluten-free) made by Mrs. Wilma: cakes, cookies, tarts, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, and homemade jams, chocolate spread (Nutella), muesli, corn flakes, puffed rice, honey, butter, biscuits, and fresh fruit.

The restaurant of the 3-star Hotel Cadiz in Viserbella is directly managed by the owners. Every day, Wilma offers a carefully prepared and genuine cuisine, which is one of our main strengths. Of course, everything is based on the constant search for high-quality raw materials, such as locally produced fruits and vegetables, meat and fish with PDO and PGI certification, typical cheeses, accompanied by our own production of jams and much more.

Good morning, my name is Wilma and together with my husband Remo, we have been managing the Hotel Cadiz in Viserbella for many years. My main desire is for guests to feel pampered at all times and to find a familiar, relaxing, and pleasant environment. I personally take care of the kitchen where I prepare all the homemade dishes, including those for celiac guests. I hope to meet you soon, in the meantime, I wish you all the best.
