Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM

J ai particulièrement apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout est à proximité, les commerces les restos. L hôtel est face à la mer, vue superbe. Mais je tenais vraiment à remercier le propriétaire et son personnel pour son accueil et la qualité de leur service, si je retourne à torre pedrera ce sera sûrement dans cet hôtel. Virginie

Camera piccola bagno non finestrato con doccia mal funzionante terrazzino dove tutti vedevano tutto, condizionatore che ha funzionato 3 giorni su 5; infine vi raccomando la famosa simpatia romagnola: da parte dei gestori non l'ho trovata! L'unica cosa buona era lo stabilimento in spiaggia. Li c'era molto del romagnolo. Mi dispiace ma non lo rifaro'. E dire che appena arrivati abbiamo prolungato la vacanza di altri 2 giorni senza chiederci tanti perche'. Grazie comunque.
