I had booked a large room for five people, as we are a family with two adults, a teenager and two young children, one of whom has specific needs. Upon arrival the hosts informed us that the room was unavailable: they initially offered as an alternative a four-person room (considerably smaller, with a double bed and a bunk bed) and free parking. Given the circumstances, the room was accepted and later we received a refund of 40 euros because we did not use the parking. During check-in we noticed that another guest had booked a four-person room for four adults and was instead assigned a three-person room. It is somewhat puzzling that, on the one hand, we were told to book with reputable agencies and not with bed-and-breakfast.it despite the property displaying a certificate of excellence from that platform, and on the other hand that full prepayment is required only to end up in a kind of overbooking (the other guest had also paid in advance). Apart from this mishap, the stay went well: all the staff (the hosts as well as the restaurant staff) were very kind and welcoming. The room, apart from its size, was clean and well kept, with new furnishings. The property is located very close to the beach, reachable on foot with a short walk.

The hotel is nice and well managed, but unfortunately the bathroom had no heating and the shower walls were not clean. The breakfast is almost perfect.

New management. Short stay in winter. Despite some problems with the broken heating, the manager made an effort to resolve it by moving breakfast to another room. Clear commitment and good value for money. Convenient and free parking on site. A bit of a peripheral location, but all in all not far from the center.
