Description

The family-run B&B has been completely renovated in 2021, trying to remain faithful to the history of the house, which over the decades has hosted travelers, friends, students, workers, and some homeless individuals.. a house that has always preferred openness and simplicity over form and protocol, where a lot of joy has also been experienced with modest expectations. A safe haven for many.

The B&B is located in the very center of Ravenna, in a convenient position to all monuments and attractions, perfect for those who prefer to leave the car and move around freely. It is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but with the possibility to reach the property thanks to the B&B's permits, and to park for free nearby or in a guarded parking lot for a fee.

The facility also offers e-bike rental for those who want to immerse themselves in the spirit of the city and the coast with its bike paths by the sea and through natural oases.

For those who want to relax, we have thought of providing a common area with a pool table, vintage video games, darts, classic and less classic board games, books, guitar, and other amenities that we hope will make you feel at home.. or even better.

The rooms, all new and very different from each other, are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, minibar, smart TV, free WiFi, independent air conditioning, hairdryer, and safe.

Waiting for you will be Layanah, Lucia, Federica, Lillo, and Beppe (in order of importance) who will take care of you.. or at least try their best: -).

Federica and Giuseppe are happy to share with their guests their past experiences spent for some years around the world, meeting special people and experiencing important moments that they want to pass on to those who decide to spend some of their time in their home that they have imagined as a small nest for travellers.

Lucia and Layanah were recently added to their family and were the driving force behind opening this BeB and a source of inspiration thanks to their ability to convey lightness, serenity and hospitality to anyone who will honor this family with their presence.. and as Federica would say and Joseph.. Let's hope we succeed: -).

We are in the historic center of Ravenna, a three-time capital city, rich in history and culture, a stone's throw from all the main monuments, theatres, museums and in the Romagna nightlife area.
The street is full of restaurants, clubs and shops, all services are present, all just a few minutes walk from the station.... the perfect center of gravity for exploring the city and the entire Adriatic coast with its naturalistic oases and its cycle paths surrounded by greenery and on the beach.

There are 1000 reasons to stay at "Ecocentrico B&B". If you are lucky enough to find the smiling face framed by a mountain of curls from little Layana welcoming you upon your arrival, you will be satisfied right away. We will definitely return.

Small structure in the very center, very well renovated with spacious, well-furnished, and clean rooms. The breakfast room is equipped with many amusements, including a billiard table, darts, board games, etc. Overall, a very pleasant structure, very convenient for its central location. Excellent welcome. Highly recommended.

Great Ecocentrico B&B in the heart of Ravenna, convenient even for those traveling by train (not even 10 minutes on foot from the station), very kind, helpful and friendly managers. Premises in order and very clean. They also accept animals, I went with my small dog and they provided a bed and bowls. Highly recommended!! If I go back to Ravenna, I will definitely return here!

B&B really beautiful and super central. Quiet location but close to everything. Super spacious room and very nice and elegant bathroom. Cozy and special breakfast and games area. Federica and Lucia very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 days in April at this Ecocentrico B&B, clean, renovated, very nice. Great location to explore the whole city on foot, nearby parking (outside Ztl), varied breakfast, super helpful and kind hosts, they even decorated the little room for our daughter with toys, books, and balloons! They also offer a great bike rental service! We felt at home! Highly recommended!

Very nice B&B. The rooms are very well-kept and in particular the Alba room is exceptional, with a very large bathroom that includes a spacious shower and a bathtub. The location is great, being in the center and only 10 minutes from the station. The welcome was very warm and the breakfast, both sweet and savory, is plentiful and of excellent quality. I really appreciated the attention to details: from the common room, to the mosquito net in the room, double pillow, to the regular hairdryer with diffuser. The bath products are also excellent. The possibility of renting bikes is definitely a plus, but the real added value is the owners!

Grazie per la recensione. Ci spiace che non abbia gradito la colazione che altri apprezzano molto. Uova bacon brioches appena sfornate dolci e salate. Torte casalinghe Succhi di frutta Yogurt frutta fresca pane da tostare affettati formaggi marmellate Nutella fette biscottate tisane bevande calde di ogni tipo. Abbiamo soddisfatto anche vegani e celiaci. Comunque se ha suggerimenti li accettiamo volentieri. Grazie.

We stayed at Ecocentrico B&B for 4 nights. The bed and breakfast is centrally located and easily accessible to the main historical and cultural sites. The "Alba" room is particularly spacious as well as the bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness, tasteful furnishings. The owner of Ecocentrico B&B, Federica, is very helpful, friendly, and nice. Prices are in line with the location.

We stayed for 3 nights at the B&B Ecocentrico with Federica and Giuseppe in the Brezza room. The accommodation is located in the center, all attractions are within walking distance if desired. We were warmly welcomed by Lucia. The room is modern, bright, and friendly. It has a pleasant size and was very clean. The beds were perfect for us, not too soft and not too hard. In the bathroom, there were a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available. The breakfast was perfect for us, we had everything: ham, bacon, cheese, Parmesan, jam, yogurt, muesli, bread, coffee, tea of various kinds, and croissants. We would like to particularly highlight the in-house bike rental service. We pre-booked the E-Bikes and everything went as agreed. The bikes are well-maintained and Federica helped us with route planning. If we needed help along the way, we could contact Federica at any time. We are hobby cyclists, but were treated like professionals. Daily maintenance and care of the bikes by Giuseppe. Thank you for everything, we will gladly come back to you.

The managers are very friendly and nice, they were extremely helpful and generous as well as discreet. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, the whole structure very well maintained. I have thought about it thoroughly, but I really couldn't find any flaws in this property: convenient for visiting the city, with many restaurants and dining options nearby and parking (at a low cost) a few hundred meters away. Large and comfortable room (Alba), with a beautiful and spacious bathroom and parquet flooring. Game room, where you can spend some relaxing time. But above all, excellent management, with Federica who proved to be extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

We had friends with children whom we could not host directly, so we booked a family room here. There's not much to say: the Ecocentrico B&B is in a historic house in the center of Ravenna, completely new and renovated with luxury finishes. The rooms are spacious, with private bathrooms, and there's also a common playroom that makes you forget that outside there is a beautiful city to visit. Lucia and Federica are excellent hosts and they don't let you miss anything, not even the electric bicycles that we used to go all together to San Apollinare in Classe. Highly recommended.

It is really located in the center of Ravenna, just a stone's throw away from the most important monuments. Welcomed by Lucia and Federica, super kind. The room is super clean as well as the large bathroom. We went with our niece who had a lot of fun in the common room playing with all the games available (and there are really many, from billiards to board games). Like being at home... if not better. We will definitely come back.
