MEALS - Our everyday meals are prepared with fresh locally grown organic food. They are cooked according to local traditional recipes bringing out old-fashioned flavours, which are passed down from generation to generation. We grow, process and store the vegetables from our garden and the fruits from our trees. We collect wild herbs, offer wines from the cellars of our hills and beers from local craft breweries.
ROOMS - Our farmhouse has 8 rooms equipped with 2 or 4 beds, all of them coming with a private ensuite bathroom. Some bedrooms have been recently painted and decorated by local artists.

Breakfast
Restaurant
We passionately and enthusiastically share our love for nature, healthy and genuine products, the territory, traditions, and local culture with those who sit at our table.
We use organic flours made from ancient stone-ground grains to make our handmade pasta, bread with sourdough, piadina made with lard from Romagna's black pig or high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Breakfast pastries and biscuits are baked and prepared every week with fresh eggs from our free-range chickens that roam around the yard.
Meat, cold cuts, and cheese come from small producers in the Bidente valley who are part of the Slow Food "Love the Earth" farmers' market.
We grow, work, and preserve the vegetables from our garden and the fruit from our trees.
We gather wild herbs and offer wines from the local wineries in our hills and beers from local craft breweries.
Vegetarian alternatives are always possible.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any allergies or intolerances.

My name is Katia Sandri, and I am an agricultural chef, sommelier, equestrian guide, and owner of the farmstay that was started in conjunction with the agricultural business in 2017. I graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna, and come from a family of hoteliers with ancient peasant origins. My maternal family is from Longiano, while my paternal family is from Santa Sofia.
Throughout my life, various events, interests, and new passions have brought me back to my roots. I arrived in agriculture with a diverse set of knowledge and skills, ready to start a new adventure and challenge myself. It all started with enogastronomy, a course that I thought was about cooking but turned out to be an introduction to the fascinating world of wine.
The sommelier course allowed me to discover Italy from the perspective of its rich heritage of quality typical productions - from wine pairings to high-quality food to agricultural production. The path was clear.
However, it was equestrianism that gave me the final push: at forty years old, I approached the world of horses and fell head over heels. I took lessons, competed, obtained the certification of equestrian hiking guide, and of course, adopted my mare, Bea.
