B&B Belfiore is located in the historical center, in the oldest part of the city on the outskirts of the restricted traffic zone, a few meters away from a road with no restrictions where you can park your car. It is also not far from the Municipal Historic Center paid parking lot, which costs 4.20 euros per day.
A few meters away is the bus stop number 2, which goes to and from the train station.
Situated in the heart of the Medieval city, you can reach the square with the Cathedral and the Estense Castle, as well as many palaces that still bear witness to the past magnificence of the Dukes of Este, with a pleasant walk in the pedestrian area.
Close by are the Walls, 9 km of fortifications that surround the city, built in the Middle Ages, a true oasis of peace and greenery.
Just a few steps away from the Architecture University.
The house offers exclusive access and a welcoming family atmosphere. The breakfast includes fresh products, homemade pastries, toast, seasonal fruit, jams, honey, cereals, yogurt, as well as tea, coffee, fruit juices, all available for guests to enjoy in privacy and at their desired time. We will also be happy to accommodate any special dietary needs.
Four-legged friends are welcome.

Well-maintained structure down to the smallest details, spacious and very clean. Abundant breakfast with fresh croissants. Close to the historic center parking and less than a 10-minute walk from the main square. The owner is very kind. We had a great time and I highly recommend it!

I was hoping for something positive, well, expectations exceeded greatly. From the structure to breakfast, passing through the myriad of, small, but important and meaningful attentions of the manager, Mrs. Anna Maria, everything was "magical", tasteful, familiar, relaxing and at the same time stimulating. I'll stop here, I think you have understood that I had a wonderful time at the B&B Belfiore in Ferrara.

During our pilgrimage tour, we unfortunately stayed only for one night at the beautiful B&B Belfiore, in the charming historic center of Ferrara. We felt very comfortable in this ancient house, carefully restored and tastefully furnished. Anna-Maria gave us a very warm welcome, good advice, and a great breakfast. The small garden is a pleasant attraction. Ferrara deserves another stay and gladly with Anna-Maria.

At 12 minutes walking from Ferrara cathedral, but in a very quiet part of the center, Belfiore is the perfect place for couples, lonely business travelers or smaller families. The place is very spacious, charming, and cool in summer. Breakfast is abundant, and self-managed, making it very convenient. Anna is a perfect host, very caring about her guests. Highly recommended!

The structure far exceeded our expectations. You have exclusive access to an entire two-level apartment, fully equipped with everything you need, even for cooking... and there's a really large kitchen area where you can prepare meals. The spaces are spacious and very well maintained. The central location is ideal for visiting Ferrara, shopping, and dining at the best restaurants... everything is literally a 2-minute walk away. \nAnd then there's Anna, a wonderful host who welcomes you warmly and makes you truly feel at home. \nThank you for everything Anna, we had a great time. I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast during the Christmas period and I must say that I had a great time. First of all, I had a whole apartment to myself, equipped with every comfort. Furthermore, it was always clean and welcoming. The owner was also always available, kind, and attentive to details (just think that, upon my arrival, in addition to explaining all the rules, she left me a list of all the restaurants and trattorias where you can taste local cuisine). Finally, the breakfast was always great and plentiful. If I were to return to Ferrara, I would book again at this property.

Very welcoming structure. Mrs. Anna Maria welcomes you with great sympathy and kindness. Very varied and abundant breakfast, including a genuine homemade dessert. Very practical structure, arranged on two levels: ground floor living area with a well-equipped kitchen, upper floor sleeping area connected by an internal staircase. There is also a small garden. Highly recommended.

I found Casa Belfiore online on this site absolutely by chance, but it was a real stroke of luck. It was my first experience in a B&B and I am very happy to have stayed here. The property is strategically located, in about ten minutes you can reach the city center and easily reach the tourist attractions and everything you may need or want to visit. The area, despite being close to the center, is extremely quiet and peaceful. Anna Maria, the owner, is a special person with a heart of gold: lovely, welcoming, helpful. You can see the effort and care she puts into making her guests feel at home, and her homemade sweets for breakfast are delicious. If I ever come back to Ferrara, I already know where to stay. 10/10, congratulations!

The Belfiore is a lovely apartment split over 2 levels. It’s very comfortable, quiet and has a beautiful garden. It’s also quite close to the centre of Ferrara.

Innanzitutto mi preme sottolineare la gentilezza e la competenza della proprietaria signora Anna Maria che ci ha fatto trascorrere, a me e mia moglie, una splendida vacanza; la struttura molto funzionale, ben arredata e pulita, è posizionata al centro di una interessante e splendida Ferrara (in zona a traffico limitato) con un piccolo silenzioso e grazioso giardino dagli intensi colori e profumi prodotti dalle numerose e diversificate piante e fiori; le quattro colazioni, da approntare nella bella ed attrezzata cucina, sono state rifornite tutte le mattine da varie brioches mai uguali; il rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo.
Da consigliare vivamente.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic (1450's) home, shared with owner as a wonderful vacation rental. To call it a B&B is misleading. We had use of the kitchen and living room downstairs, and had a very spacious bedroom, sitting area and bathroom upstairs. The owner, Anna Maria, was wonderful. She provided the ingredients, (eggs, hams, cheese, yogurt, fruits, breads, pastries) and we made breakfast, how and when we wanted. She bake a delicious apple struedel, and also provided the very unique Ferranese bread for us to try. She had restaurant and must-see site info, plus plenty of maps and books about Ferrara and the surrounding areas. We communicate well, although she apologized for her "not so good" English, it was far better than my meager Italian. She had a google translation app on her phone that we made good use of! Her home as spotless, full of artwork and antiques that added to it's character. It also had, according to my husband, "the most comfortable bed in Italy". I agree. Ferrara is a great small city, and Anna Maria's Belfiore B&B is a wonderful home base for your explorations. One of our all-time favorites.

Ottima struttura nel cuore della città, ma comunque in una zona molto tranquilla.
Il posto è delizioso e rispecchia la dolcezza di Anna maria insieme al suo gusto per le piccole cose.

Il B&B "Belfiore" si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla ZTL, in una zona tranquilla dove poter iniziare il proprio percorso di scoperta di una delle città più belle d'Italia.
La struttura è a due piani, al piano terra c'è la cucina mentre la camera da letto si trova nel piano superiore, quindi non è un posto adatto per chi è affetto da disabilità motoria (unica nota dolente).
La proprietaria ci ha dilettato con dei dolci fatti appositamente da lei (buonissimi!) e si è anche dilettata per la prima volta nella cucina senza glutine per la mia ragazza che soffre di celiachia, con risultati più che ottimi! Pulito, accogliente, con un giardino ben curato dalla proprietaria.
In buona sostanza, siamo rimasti soddisfatti in pieno della nostra permanenza al B&B "Belfiore".

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido weekend di marzo a Ferrara. Bella scoperta la città, ma soprattutto questo meraviglioso B&B che è stato per noi davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Posto in pieno centro di Ferrara, in uno dei suoi vicoli silenziosi e caratteristici, il B&B Belfiore è un loft dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa, il tutto condito con un gusto e una raffinatezza che ti fa scoprire ogni suo angolo sempre con piacevole stupore. La colazione è preparata personalmente dalla gentilissima e disponibilissima padrona di casa: un vasto assortimento di latte caffè tè tisane marmellate cereali frutta yogurt pane fresco..ma soprattutto strudel e torte fatte da lei, potete sentirne il profumo la sera prima nel forno mentre le prepara! L'accortezza anche di servire prodotti bio e sostenibili rientra nella generale attenzione che la padrona di casa ripone in tutti i dettagli. Siamo rimasti estasiati, sicuramente se faremo nuovamente tappa da quelle parti sarà un vero piacere tornarci. Noi ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore.
