Description
Our rooms are located in a typical building adjacent to the center of Bologna, close to the famous two towers. We are facing the healthcare facilities of Bologna such as the Sant'Orsola Malpighi Polyclinic, the Negrisoli Clinic, and the Villa Torri Clinic. We are also a few minutes' drive from the Bologna Trade Fair area.

The bed and breakfast is located in front of the cardiothoracic, dermatology, and liver transplant pavilions. It is very convenient due to its proximity to the city center and the university area. It is a 5-minute drive from the central station and about 10 minutes' drive from Guglielmo Marconi Airport.

Throughout the property, there is Wi-Fi internet, a TV in each room with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as ironing options. We offer Russian and Ukrainian translation services.

We have an agreement for lunches and dinners with the Toffee Artcaffè bar, located 50 meters from the property.

It is particularly popular among people who come to Bologna for reasons related to the Sant'Orsola hospital or other nearby hospitals, such as the private Villa Torri hospital, Nigrisoli hospital, Rizzoli orthopedic institute, and Maggiore hospital. Mr. Antonio is of a unique kindness and availability. We stayed for almost 20 days at the B&B San Vitale and we felt great as if we were at our own home. Very close to the center of Bologna and to every need.

I stayed with my family at this B&B for two nights. The rooms are in a clean and modern building in a fairly quiet area. It's very close to Sant'Orsola hospital and a short walk from the city center: you can get there in 10-15 minutes on foot, but you can also take the bus in all directions, as the bus stop is right across the street. The rooms are small but very clean, tidy, and well-kept in detail, nothing is missing, including courtesy sets. For the pickiest ones, I can specify that there is a nice large TV in front of the bed and perfectly functioning WiFi. Mr. Antonio is a very kind and friendly host, attentive to every need and giving advice. Guests have access to a small kitchen with a coffee machine, tea and herbal tea accessories, and a fridge to store what is needed. Breakfast is self-prepared. Our impression is excellent. We will return.

I gave 10 to Antonio even though he deserved 10 and praise for his kindness and availability! Together with my friends, we spent 3 days in Bologna and stayed at B&B San Vitale by Antonio. Simple but welcoming and clean structure. Abundant breakfast and shower working perfectly, strategic location to reach the center either on foot or by public transport. In short, a place I recommend and would rebook if I had to return to Bologna!
