Our bed and breakfast, "Da Mirka," is located in the center of Modena, a city rich in art and culture, surrounded by archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value. Situated in the heart of the historic center, our bed and breakfast offers a spectacular view and represents a prestigious residence where you can breathe the sounds, scents, and emotions of the past.

Our establishment is ideal for families on vacation, business trips, or conferences. We provide a romantic and discreet environment for a dream vacation, ensuring peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the city's chaos.

The facility offers exclusive external toilets, heated rooms, the freedom to return at night, parking, a parking space, a well-maintained garden, a kitchenette, and a bright terrace. In our restaurant, you can taste typical local specialties. During your stay, guests can engage in activities such as cycling and mountain biking.

The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, a baby bed (to be requested at the time of booking), TV, mirror, luggage rack, and minibar. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 2 travelers. Make yourself at home in our cozy B&B "Da Mirka."

The accommodation is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area. The train station and the old town can be easily reached by bus. There is neither a kettle nor a coffee machine available, but there is a bar nearby. We booked the accommodation back in February and were there for a week in September as a couple. We were welcomed and assisted by the kind and considerate daughter of the landlady, who stayed in the same apartment. The landlady herself only appeared to collect the payment. The accommodation, by the way, was not prepared for guests. All the closets, drawers, and shelves were full of personal belongings. Also, the shower was hardly usable for this reason and was furthermore disgustingly moldy. There was no service.

Gentili ospiti, siete stati accolti da mia figlia e avete comunicato che vi aspettavate un hotel e non un B&B. Vi è stata data la possibilità di cambiare alloggio se l'aveste trovato pagando soltanto la caparra di due giorni con il bonifico che avevate già fatto. La cucina del B&B dispnea di due comode caffettiere e tutto il necessario per una buona colazione che non avete mai voluto provare, neanche una sola mattina delle due settimane. Mia figlia ha provveduto a liberare spazio nella cassettiera e nell'armadio della vostra stanza il giorno stesso del vostro arrivo. Siamo in attesa di un idraulico per cambiare la doccia, in ogni caso la casa è pulita e decorosa. Se fosse stato un luogo così poco pulito e poco accogliente non sareste di certo rimasti 14 giorni. Tanto più che al momento del pagamento in mia presenza non avete espresso nessun lamento e disappunto, che forse avreste dovuto fare anziché scrivere una recensione cosi.

I felt at home, quite literally, because we discovered that we had access to a whole apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom) complete with everything, from the kitchen to the living room with board games, bedroom, etc. The host and his family are really kind and did everything to make us feel comfortable. It is located in the center of a village north of Modena, with communal parking and automatic gate. If I were to return to Modena, I would book with them again. The only information for those who want to book: consider that you are literally at their home, so you are not in the typical B&B/tourist apartment, but you are in a lived-in house when not rented out, with many family memories, etc... A unique and different experience. See you soon.

B&B Da Mirka is comfortable and hospitable, the owner is kind and caring, the breakfast is plentiful and the building has an elevator, so if you have luggage you can easily take it to the fourth floor where the apartment is located. The room has a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Possibility to park the car in the condominium parking space inside a private courtyard. It is located a 15-minute walk from the center of Modena. The place is quiet and peaceful. The only advice I can give is to provide the apartment with a wifi network.

The property is ideal for those looking for an informal environment and to experience the feeling of "being at home". The property is set inside the apartment of Mrs. Laura revitalized precisely as a B&B. The house contains many beautiful family memories that help to enrich the atmosphere and make it warm and welcoming. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances all usable. The room is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast is varied and allows everyone to find something to their liking. The owner was very kind and welcomed me wonderfully. The location is close to the station and reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. At the end of my experience, I can only thank Mrs. Laura for the wonderful hospitality with the promise to visit her again on my next trip to Modena!

Everything perfect: quiet, clean and spacious apartment, room with balcony and double bed, possibility to use all spaces, including kitchen. Very convenient location, a stone's throw from the center, the beautiful Ducal gardens, and the station. Discreet, very kind and helpful owner. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend!
