Da Mirka is like being at home. A comfortable and welcoming place, with lots of greenery and a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful historical centers in the world.

B&B Da Mirka is comfortable and hospitable, the owner is kind and caring, the breakfast is plentiful and the building has an elevator, so if you have luggage you can easily take it to the fourth floor where the apartment is located. The room has a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Possibility to park the car in the condominium parking space inside a private courtyard. It is located a 15-minute walk from the center of Modena. The place is quiet and peaceful. The only advice I can give is to provide the apartment with a wifi network.

The property is ideal for those looking for an informal environment and to experience the feeling of "being at home". The property is set inside the apartment of Mrs. Laura revitalized precisely as a B&B. The house contains many beautiful family memories that help to enrich the atmosphere and make it warm and welcoming. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances all usable. The room is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast is varied and allows everyone to find something to their liking. The owner was very kind and welcomed me wonderfully. The location is close to the station and reachable in about 10 minutes on foot. At the end of my experience, I can only thank Mrs. Laura for the wonderful hospitality with the promise to visit her again on my next trip to Modena!

Everything perfect: quiet, clean and spacious apartment, room with balcony and double bed, possibility to use all spaces, including kitchen. Very convenient location, a stone's throw from the center, the beautiful Ducal gardens, and the station. Discreet, very kind and helpful owner. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommend!

Mi sono trovato molto bene, la posizione è ottima, in una zona tranquilla che consente di raggiungere velocemente il centro a piedi. La padrona di casa è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. In caso dovessi ripassare per Modena tornerò di sicuro. Consigliato.

Mi sono trovato benissimo.
Laura è di una cortesia, gentilezza, disponibilità e cordialità uniche.
Avevo una singola con bagno in comune ed era tutto perfetto e pulito.

Un luogo in cui si respirano profumi accoglienti, fin dal primissimo momento in cui si varca la soglia di un comodo e pulito ambiente. A pochissimi passi dal centro, la giornata ha inizio lasciando che lo sguardo abbracci un verdissimo parco, confinante. La cura per ogni dettaglio e la dolce e premurosa presenza della proprietaria rendono questo luogo un raro esempio di familiare e intima ospitale struttura. Ci si sente a casa, in un posto caldo e unico.
