Our B & B, completely renovated in 2017, is located about 3 Km. from the city center and even closer to the Sant 'Orsola, Malpighi and Villa Laura hospitals (about 700 m.), Well served by public transport (bus and metro surface).

The distance from the ring road is about 2 Km, from which you can reach the Fiera and Marconi Airport in just a few minutes (for those who want it there is the possibility of a shuttle service).

On request, we can arrange dinners prepared locally by chefs of Bolognese tradition (menu of choice).

Our establishment is located in one of the greener and richer in sevices areas of the city.
The location is very convenient to the Villa Laura Hospitals, Sant 'Orsola, Malpighi and Bellaria; we are only 4 km from the center and about 2 km from the entrance of the ring road.

The RESERVED but strategic position makes us particularly welcome to guests traveling for personal, business, tourism or romantic moments away from everyday chaos.

Really all new, clean, and the staff is friendly. The only downside was the extra bed for the boy, it was impossible to sleep because the mattress was too thin to feel the iron slats. But all in all, it's a welcoming, new, and very clean structure.

We stayed in the completely renovated Red room, equipped with air conditioning and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom, also recently renovated, is spacious and comfortable with a shower. Claudio, the owner, is a serious, friendly, and helpful person, with many tips to offer about Bologna's nightlife. Thank you very much for everything, Walter.

Mr. Claudio welcomed us, a truly courteous person. The B&B C'era una volta is very well connected to the city center and the station. The room was spotless and very well stocked for breakfast, and the shared kitchen was functional. Very appreciated as a gift, the sparkling wine and the panettone, the latter we couldn't eat on the evening of December 31st and Mrs. Tiziana was really kind, making sure we had it anyway, even though we had to leave the room on the morning of January 1st. Furthermore, since we were leaving to go back home by train in the afternoon, she transported our luggage to another B&B closer to the station, where we could also rest and eat something before the return. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Available and very kind managers. Impeccable cleanliness and rich breakfast. We booked here mainly for the proximity to Villa Laura, which we needed. To get there less than 10 minutes on foot or bus stop right in front of the house (very convenient). Recommended.

I stayed at this B&B C'era una volta for one night and I had a great time. Cozy, very clean, very kind owners. The rooms are cute, quiet, fragrant, and clean. Recommended even for those who need to stay for several days. The mini bar in the room with a welcome drink and breakfast is very convenient. The bathroom in the room has everything, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, etc., so you don't need to bring anything. The location is also very convenient because a few meters from the B&B there is the bus stop (which in Bologna is super efficient and passes very often) and in a few minutes you are in the center. I will definitely come back!

Magnificent experience. I stayed at B&B C'era una volta with my mother because I had to undergo a procedure at Villa Laura and Tiziana welcomed us wonderfully. Excellent welcome from the managers, new structure with beautiful finishes, close to the bus stop to go to the center of Bologna. This B&B is a 10-minute walk from Villa Laura, I felt pampered and managed to relax. Thank you very much, I highly recommend it both for visiting Villa Laura like we did and for tourism.

Excellent structure 700 meters from Villa Laura clinic, on request for a fee parking available in the condominium. Cozy room, very clean and warm, large private bathroom. Small kitchenette shared with the other room, but for short stays it does not pose any problem. Host available and very courteous.

The B&B C'era una volta is a beautiful structure, new, modern, very clean, cared for in the smallest details, the same as "Bruno Barbieri" of 4 Hotel would have nothing to say. Newly built or newly renovated structure, welcoming about three km from the center of Bologna, room with private bathroom and spacious living room with kitchenette equipped with everything needed for a possible breakfast, kitchen service available. I must give a special praise to Claudio, the owner, for his courtesy and kindness in welcoming us and providing us with all the information needed, such as renowned restaurants and pizzerias in the area and how to easily get to the center of Bologna. The B&B C'era una volta didn't give any idea, when we entered the rooms and the entrance we were surprised by the rooms and the decor, and how everything was ordered. We were amazed to find a comfortable place, it felt like being in hotel rooms. It was a nice stay and if we have the chance to return to Bologna, we will come back here again. We recommend it to all those who want to not spend a lot of money and stay in tranquility and have a high level of comfort. Congratulations to the staff and the owner.

We stayed for three nights, brand new structure and attention to the smallest details. The owner, for availability and friendliness, is as if we had known him forever and made us feel at home. For breakfasts we found everything: coffee machine with pods galore, snacks, rusks, tea, milk, etc. In the room there is a small kitchenette with the necessary: microwave oven and induction hobs. The apartment completely renovated, beautiful and with attention to every detail, the cleanliness is magnificent, the owners are lovely. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti prendendo entrambe le stanze. Ci siamo trovati come se fossimo a casa nostra: l'appartamento è strutturatissimo e fornito di ogni confort che ha reso piacevole la vacanza a Bologna. C'è inoltre la possibilità di avere il posto auto all'interno del condominio, anche se in zona i posti non mancano, ci si dimentica dell'auto data la vicinanza delle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. A poca distanza è presente un supermercato della CONAD comodo e fornitissimo. Infine la disponibilità e la cortesia del sig. Claudio, impagabile per la gentilezza e disponibilità, che ha saputo indicarci al meglio alla scoperta della città. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Saluti Fabrizio.

Io ed i miei genitori abbiamo alloggiato in questa splendida struttura per circa una settimana, dovendo io affrontare un intervento al Villa Laura che dista circa dieci minuti. Struttura nuovissima e curata nei minimi particolari, situato in un punto strategico rispetto a qualsiasi necessità giornaliera. Mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore Claudio che ringrazio ancora di cuore. Spero di tornarci e consiglierò sicuramente la struttura ad amici..

In necessità di una struttura nei dintorni di Villa Laura per intervento abbiamo optato per questo splendido appartamento. È nuovo, pulitissimo, con cura dei particolari anche estetici e molto ben fornito di tutto quel che serve. Il proprietario per disponibilità e cordialità è come lo si conoscesse da sempre. Proprietari gentilissimi, noi abbiamo contrattato online con il padre e ci ha accolto il figlio Claudio persona squisita disponibile sempre, risposte veloci, ambiente nuovo fresco ben arredato, pulito, curato nei minimi particolari, insomma non manca nulla per le colazioni abbiamo trovato tutto macchina del caffè con cialde a volontà, merendine, fette biscottate, tè, latte etc, nella sala piccolo angolo cottura con il necessario forno a microonde e fornelli ad induzione e necessario per pulire, insomma buon rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio a tutti io ritornerò sicuramente.
