The property is located in front of Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Hospital, just 40 meters away! Special discounts for long periods. Self-service breakfast. Guests can heat food and, if necessary, do laundry.

In the B&B, everything has been organized to make your stay in Bologna comfortable and relaxing. It consists of an independent apartment on the 2nd and last floor, in a typical Bolognese building that has recently been renovated, located in front of the S. Orsola Hospital.

The single and double rooms with bathrooms are cozy and comfortable, equipped with all new furnishings, double-glazed windows, heating, air conditioning, and TV. Upon request, they can be set up with a double bed or twin beds, with the possibility of additional beds.

The house has a convenient kitchen with a microwave and fridge, which, with prior agreement with the manager, can be used by guests for the preparation and consumption of meals.

Upon request, guests can also independently wash, hang and iron their laundry.

The surrounding area has all the necessary services with parking available in the immediate vicinity and in affiliated parking lots.

Ideal accommodation for those seeking comfort and convenience. Perfect location near Sant'Orsola Hospital, in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, although a bit dated. We found a fair price for Bologna, considering that Cosmoprof was taking place that weekend. The host is helpful and always reachable, a great advantage.

The structure is very close to Oh Sant' Orsola, strategic location for those who, like me, needed it. Small but clean room, very kind and helpful staff, convenient paid parking in the structure for those traveling by car.

I stayed in this establishment for one night and I must say that I felt great. The mattress was very comfortable as were the pillows. The owner was really kind, she explained everything regarding the room and also advised me on the best and safest routes to reach the place I had to go. The room was really clean and equipped with everything. Great location near the train station and bus stops. I have stayed in several B&Bs in Bologna but this is definitely the best. I will definitely come back.

Ideal accommodation for those going to Bologna for specialist visits as it is really just a few steps from Sant'Orsola, also very close to the city center (about 20 min on foot) a comfortable and clean environment. Mr. Paolo is very nice and friendly, always available! Of course, I recommend it and I will definitely return if I need to!

We stayed for a couple of days, I must say we had a good time, comfortable environment, optimal location, kitchen availability and autonomy of schedules, something that my mother and I appreciated. Very friendly manager who allowed us to leave our luggage. Satisfactory self-service breakfast. I recommend it.

We stayed in three in one of the rooms of the B&B in Via Pizzardi, because Mr. Paolo kindly accommodated us in a larger room. We were welcomed very well, the manager was absolutely exquisite and very patient as we arrived late both on arrival and departure! Great location obviously for those who need to go to Sant'Orsola and also very close to the historical center (in 15-20 minutes on foot you can easily reach the center). We always found a place in Via Pizzardi in the evening (on blue stripes). We had no problems sleeping (for noise, ambulances...), we even slept with the windows open. The manager always made sure everything was available, from breakfast to room services. The apartment has a common area where you can have a normal home breakfast and rooms with private bathroom. I rated 6 for the structure simply because the building is a bit dated, and the apartment a quiet place to stay, clean and tidy enough. Recommended.

It is very close to Sant'Orsola Hospital but it is not suitable for those with mobility issues: two flights of stairs.

The bed was a bit too soft. They applied a discount greater than 10 euros from the B&B Card on the price agreed upon by phone. Overall, an excellent service; if I get the chance, I will return.
