Description
In the immediate vicinity of Parma's Maggiore Hospital, there are welcoming accommodations located within a new building with an elevator. They are available for both daily and weekly stays.

The spacious studio apartments consist of a single room with a kitchenette and a double bed (possibility of an additional bed for an extra charge), a bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony.

The two-room apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower box, a bright double bedroom, and a balcony.

All the apartments are very bright, quiet, comfortable, and fully furnished. They are equipped with TV, free wifi internet connection, washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron (upon request).

Each kitchenette is complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, and fully equipped with pots, dishes, and essential items (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) to prepare your breakfast.

Parking is available nearby, in the blue parking spaces, for a fee (only during daytime hours) through hourly or daily tickets, purchasable at the tobacco shop.

In 10 minutes by car or public transport, you can reach the city's historic center, the "G. Verdi" airport, and the train station.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Beautiful apartments, pity about the superficial and not thorough cleaning, a lot of dust (see bathroom vacuum cleaner). The bed linen leaves something to be desired, they seemed already used. It is hoped that a little is enough to improve a lot.

My wife and I stayed at this property as a support for accessing the Maggiore Hospital, which is located a few meters away. All good. The owner is very kind and helpful. All services are nearby, and if desired, the city center can be reached in a few minutes, even with a 20-minute walk.

Excellent structure, maximum attention to details of all kinds, brand new, excellent location and the managers are very helpful and kind. The only notes that may cause inconvenience are the parking spaces and the garbage collection service carried out at night, but these situations do not depend on the structure's managers, indeed they indicate where you can park best and for the nighttime noise just keep the windows closed, they won't clean every night. We recommend it and if we happen to be in Parma again, we will gladly return to them.

Tutto impeccabile, appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo e profumato, caldo e per me, che dovevo recarmi presso l'ospedale Maggiore ottima anche la posizione, forse un po' scomodo il divano letto, ma nel complesso direi ottimo.

Bilocale nuovo e confortevole. Arredamento nuovo e tutto molto funzionale. Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Parma perché l 'appartamento è molto accogliente e riscaldato bene visto il freddo di quei giorni. Il palazzo è posto in zona tranquilla.
