In the immediate vicinity of Parma's Maggiore Hospital, there are welcoming accommodations located within a new building with an elevator. They are available for both daily and weekly stays.
The spacious studio apartments consist of a single room with a kitchenette and a double bed (possibility of an additional bed for an extra charge), a bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony.
The two-room apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower box, a bright double bedroom, and a balcony.
All the apartments are very bright, quiet, comfortable, and fully furnished. They are equipped with TV, free wifi internet connection, washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron (upon request).
Each kitchenette is complete with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, and fully equipped with pots, dishes, and essential items (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) to prepare your breakfast.
Parking is available nearby, in the blue parking spaces, for a fee (only during daytime hours) through hourly or daily tickets, purchasable at the tobacco shop.
In 10 minutes by car or public transport, you can reach the city's historic center, the "G. Verdi" airport, and the train station.

During the two days I stayed it was not possible to take a shower because the water was freezing and the boiler was not working. I tried to contact the facility's representative by phone but he did not answer. When I managed to reach him he confirmed that the boiler was malfunctioning and that the tap had to be left running for a few minutes, but I had already done that for more than half an hour.

I booked this establishment for my relatives who had a great time. I personally visited the rooms and the establishment and I must say they are really well maintained. Furnishings with modern furniture and everything you need. The location is excellent! The manager was super helpful, he met my needs without problems and was always very kind. Thanks again for the courtesy. Highly recommended!

Absolute discretion and courtesy from the manager, very accommodating towards the passing traveler. The soundproofing is very good. The only small drawback: the lack of instructions for using the induction cooktop. It took me several dozens of minutes to cook a dish.

The apartment was very clean, new, quite conveniently located, and equipped with everything. The bathroom had soaps and shampoo available, and in the kitchen, there were plenty of pods to make coffee with the machine and tea bags.

Beautiful apartments, pity about the superficial and not thorough cleaning, a lot of dust (see bathroom vacuum cleaner). The bed linen leaves something to be desired, they seemed already used. It is hoped that a little is enough to improve a lot.

My wife and I stayed at this property as a support for accessing the Maggiore Hospital, which is located a few meters away. All good. The owner is very kind and helpful. All services are nearby, and if desired, the city center can be reached in a few minutes, even with a 20-minute walk.

Excellent structure, maximum attention to details of all kinds, brand new, excellent location and the managers are very helpful and kind. The only notes that may cause inconvenience are the parking spaces and the garbage collection service carried out at night, but these situations do not depend on the structure's managers, indeed they indicate where you can park best and for the nighttime noise just keep the windows closed, they won't clean every night.
We recommend it and if we happen to be in Parma again, we will gladly return to them.

Everything impeccable, new, very clean and fragrant apartment, warm and for me, who had to go to the Maggiore Hospital, the location is also excellent, maybe the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable, but overall I would say excellent.

Two-room apartment new and comfortable. New furnishings and everything very functional. We had a pleasant stay in Parma because the apartment is very cozy and well heated given the cold of those days. The building is located in a quiet area.
