Description

"Welcome to our charming villa with shared pool, situated in a privileged position with breathtaking views of the Bay of Salerno. This property is ideal for a relaxing vacation all year round, thanks to the pleasant Mediterranean climate and its proximity to the city center and main services. The complex consists of a main villa where the B&B activity takes place and a separate annex used as a vacation home.

The property offers two accommodation options: a self-catering vacation home with a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility of using the wood-fired oven, or a room in the modern B&B with breakfast service available upon request. The B&B does not have a kitchen, but microwaves, toasters, and electric kettles are available.

The villa is equipped with central gas heating and air conditioning, and two parking spaces are available on site upon reservation and payment. We recommend using a small car due to the proximity to the city center and main services.

Tourism tax, €3 per persone per night and parking € 10 per day, to be paid upon arrival.

Parking is subject to availability and must be prebooked.

Bathroom towels must not be used for the pool or taken to the beach. we supply pool towels.

Sant'Agata is a small hilltop village equipped with all the necessary services for daily shopping and dining out, with a good selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short bus ride to Sorrento for major attractions and access to trains and boats to Capri, Naples, and Ischia. Naples, Pompeii, and Vesuvius are nearby for day trips. Many interesting walks and beautiful views of Naples Bay and Salerno Bay, with Positano and Amalfi a short distance along the famous Amalfi Coast. Staying in Sant'Agata offers you the opportunity to experience the entire Italian experience but at the same time close to the usual tourist points of interest. Learn to cook pizza and pasta and shop in local stores for all the fresh produce that this area is famous for.
