This charming villa with a shared pool overlooks the Salerno bay and is perfect for a year-round holiday thanks to the pleasant Mediterranean climate. Just a few minutes' walk from the city center and all the main shops, it also has bus connections to famous places like Positano, Amalfi, and Pompei. The villa has a well-furnished garden with its own wood-fired pizza oven! The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, a beautiful dining area for 6/8 people, sliding French doors to the garden and the sun terrace for outdoor dining comfortably. There is a sofa bed in the living room, with a bathroom/shower downstairs. A marble staircase leads to the first double bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe, a relaxing armchair, and a private sun terrace. The second double bedroom has a picture window and sloping ceiling. The villa has parquet floors and modern furnishings. It is accessed via a common gate from street level. A charming holiday home with the additional feature of its own pizza oven, where you can have the opportunity to learn how to make pizza yourself. Gas central heating and air conditioning are available. Please note that the pool is shared with us. There is on-site parking available, but a small car is recommended.

Many interesting walks and beautiful views of Naples Bay and Salerno Bay, with Positano and Amalfi a short distance along the famous Amalfi Coast.
