Spacious apartment composed of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a large terrace where you can have outdoor meals, and a balcony with a sea view. Located in a central area, just 50 meters from the supermarket and a car, motorcycle, and bicycle rental center, and 200 meters from the bus stop.
High-speed Wi-Fi connection of 100 Mbps and a smart working corner are available for guests. Upon request, two folding beds and a crib can be used. The apartment is located in a small quiet condominium and has a reserved parking space.
The strengths of this apartment are:
1) A large terrace surrounded by greenery, ideal for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners.
2) The strategic location, perfect for visiting Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, and Naples. Furthermore, it is close to supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, and the town center.
3) Ample space, perfect for those who need space.
4) Possibility to work in smart working, thanks to the presence of high-speed Wi-Fi and a spacious desk.
5) Reserved parking.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment and three parking spaces in the condominium courtyard.
Please note that, for compliance with Italian regulations, it will be necessary to present an identification document for the registration of each guest.
The tourist tax, amounting to 2 euros per person per night, is included in the price.
