Description
Along the wonderful coast of the Upper Tyrrhenian Sea in Cosenza, surrounded by the splendid Riviera dei Cedri, you will find "I Tre Archi", a welcoming and warm place, surrounded by the sea, the sun, and nature.

This two-story villa welcomes you with its enchanting garden. On the first floor, there is the bed & breakfast, which has three rooms furnished with all the comforts, including private bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Additionally, there is also a small accommodation with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Two of the rooms have a terrace with a magnificent panoramic view and are equipped with a table and chairs to fully enjoy the landscape. Each room is equipped with a television and Wi-Fi.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but there are terraces and the garden available for smoking guests.

Every morning, guests can enjoy a delicious outdoor breakfast in the area next to the garden, with typical regional products, homemade cakes and cookies, and fresh fruit. The villa is located just 1/2 kilometer from the beautiful crystal-clear beaches of Cirella and Diamante, giving guests easy access to the sea.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Great breakfast, especially the homemade sweets by Mrs. Olga, the property is surrounded by greenery and has a very well-kept garden. Resting at night is very good and the kindness of the owners is an added value not to be underestimated. Recommended.

Quiet place from where you can easily reach the sea. The real positive note are the owners Mrs. Olga and Mr. Raffaele, very kind, very generous and helpful, they make you feel at home. Super breakfast with homemade cakes and pies by Mrs. Olga and fruit from their 0 km garden. We will definitely come back. A hug from little Raffaele, number one fan of Mrs. Olga's muffins.
