Located in a central area, between the bell tower of the main church, the town hall, and all the main services of the town, Preludio is practically situated along Siris Avenue (the main avenue of Nova Siri), while at the same time being shielded from the noises of the city by a small and welcoming side street.
Just a snap of the fingers away from the evening promenade that leads to all the services and entertainment venues of the summer nightlife, the B&B is just a short distance from the sea: simply walk or use the bicycles we offer to our guests along Siris Avenue and you will reach the beach.
Upon arrival, you can conveniently leave your car right outside the house or in the free parking area of the town hall and retrieve it when you depart. You can enjoy your vacation or a few days of relaxation in a comfortable and welcoming structure, recently renovated and meticulously cared for. You can choose the type of breakfast you prefer and take advantage of a brand-new and convenient kitchen to share with three rooms for lunch or dinner.

The Preludio B&B is located in the center of the town, 300 meters from the train station, a short walk from the bus stop, and 600 meters from the sea.
Nova Siri Marina - The town, situated on the Lucanian Ionian coast, marks the border between Basilicata and Calabria, between breathtaking landscapes, flourishing countryside, protected forests, and the sandy and comfortable beaches of the Metapontine plain and the clear and pebbly seabeds of Calabria. Its name signifies the continuity with the ancient Siris and Magna Graecia, of which it preserves the remains and numerous archaeological sites in the nearby national museums, in the remains of its conqueror Eraclea, in the area of the temples of Metaponto, and in its unique, attractive, and wild archaeological area. Crossed by rivers and streams, which peacefully flow into the sea, drawing Mediterranean and exotic landscapes, inhabited by rare and precious flora and fauna, the marine center of the town (where the B&B is located) is the continuation of the medieval village of Bollita (now Nova Siri Paese), a historic center that overlooks the sea from its ancient hill.
And right after the hill, the Pollino mountain range with its national park, 45 minutes away from Matera, and all around, the sea, rivers, and hills, castles and ancient villages, shopping centers, nightclubs, and discos.

The stay was perfect, very clean and especially cool environment. A stone's throw from Viale Siris and about twenty minutes (on foot, 4 minutes by bike) from the sea. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the B&B Preludio for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom which was excellently cleaned. Giulia welcomed us with great availability and kindness, she recommended what to visit, where to eat and the beach. We felt at home! The beach is a few km away but easily reachable by car or bike.

We stayed at this property for the first time and we had a great time. The contact and communication with the manager was excellent, the check-in and check-out were excellent. The room was very clean with everything one needs and everything was new: double beds, TV, air conditioning, the bathroom, furniture, floor. There is also a separate kitchen to use equipped. The lady was very courteous, one feels at home.

What can I say about this B&B Preludio, it's simply perfect. Mrs. Giulia is an exquisite and kind person. The room where we stayed had windows facing a small alley but very quiet. Although it was equipped with a (new) kitchen, we did not use it except for the available fridge in each air-conditioned room (there are 3 of them). Each one has a floor. I highly recommend this B&B for many reasons: very central and convenient, no parking issues. Even though we had booked for another date, Mrs. Giulia did everything possible to accommodate us successfully. A special thank you to her for hosting me on the occasion of a funeral situation. At first sight, the B&B Preludio is anonymous, inside the structure you can recognize a well-kept environment, excellent cleanliness and the availability of Mrs. Giulia always ready to fulfill your every request. Be careful with the price, the door handles that squeak and the unpleasant door that doesn't close.
