The sleeping area features a queen-size bed with an orthopedic mattress, a cozy sofa, and a fireplace that adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom, entirely carved from rock, boasts a spacious glass shower, while the modern kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary appliances, allowing guests to enjoy their stay independently, complete with a Nespresso machine and toaster.

Located in the most picturesque part of the Sassi, guests can easily explore on foot the rock churches, scenic terraces, and stone alleys. The center is part of a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), but the residence is easily accessible from parking areas on Via Lucana, Rione Lanera, Castello Tramontano, and Piazza Mulino, the latter being affiliated and offering valet service. Alternatively, the Miccolis bus line connects the main parking areas and Piazza Matteotti with the San Pietro Caveoso stop, just a few meters from the entrance of the residence.
