Everything perfect! La Casa dei Pargoli is clean and super equipped with everything one may need, including gel and masks. And the owner, Mr. Prospero, was extremely helpful and guided us excellently in discovering Matera and its culinary delights. Highly recommended!

Nice, functional apartment, equipped with everything you may need. Quite close to the 'sassi' (about 1 km), and then there's the extra touch provided by the kindness and availability of the manager, Mr. Prospero, who is a truly exquisite person always ready to assist you with anything. Absolutely recommended.

During the Barter Week, we had the pleasure of being welcomed by Prospero at his Casa dei Pargoli. Very comfortable apartment and equipped with everything one may need, attentive and helpful staff, and the structure located a few minutes walk from the city center. A nice discovery that of the Barter Week, and equally beautiful that of Casa dei Pargoli and Matera, a city that we had the pleasure of discovering thanks to the indications of Mr. Prospero, informed about available events and tours. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and for the attentions reserved for us.

Prospero, the owner of La Casa dei Pargoli, is an exquisite person in his ways, very helpful and kind. The apartment is very clean, located on a traffic-free street with a small balcony.\n\nUpon arrival, we found a very abundant breakfast already prepared, with prepackaged products, a package containing a fresh bakery product, and a kilo of local cherry tomatoes. Where else would you find these gifts?\n\nI recommend this property especially for the small gifts that Mr. Prospero has given us. You won't regret it.
