It enjoys a good position by being on a "via la martella" road which is easily reachable from the main road SS7 the third exit to the center where you can reach both the historical center (SASSI DI MATERA) and the charming park Of the Murgia materana with all its historical rock churches;
Has two apartments on the ground floor with independent entrances equipped with all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay in the splendid MATERA - Città dei Sassi - guaranteeing moments of great relaxation and tranquility.
The villa is totally enclosed with a COMFORTABLE PARKING of 1000sqm, plus a garden (in lawn) of another 1000mq with many GAMES for CHILDREN and nice spaces for a good read or a simple relaxation.
Ideal for accommodating up to three families or groups of friends or simply couples or young couples to enjoy wonderful photo memories and romantic moments.

Beautiful place with ground floor apartments finished in every detail, completely new and equipped with every comfort. Overall, it is a splendid little villa suitable for every type of user and especially for those with children as the accommodations are adjacent to a beautiful, large, and well-kept garden, with various games available for the children. Internal parking for cars and excellent availability and kindness of the owners. To be recommended to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in the city of the stones. The internal road to reach the villa is a bit less comfortable, but after traveling it a couple of times, you already get used to it.

A truly exceptional stay! Highly recommended for both couples and families looking for a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Matera! We stayed at the B&B Eden Sassi from 25/8 to 28/8! The owners, Angelo and Natasha, welcomed us with a lovely welcome aperitif and showed us the rooms; the cleanliness and organization are impeccable, the structure is comfortable and brand new, also equipped with a kitchen for cooking! Outside the house, there is a lovely garden where you can spend an evening immersed in silence! The only thing that could use improvement is the road to reach the property: it's a bit steep, but overall passable! Absolutely recommended!
