The HOUSE has been reorganized with the preservative recovery of the spaces and with the repairing, also with system and facilities current regulations adjustment. Furniture, embellished from the insertion of pieces of period furnishing and of handmade manufactured products, keeps alive its original charm.
From the HALL it's possible to get to the lounge or to make independent towards the rooms.
The large ROOMS, with balcony, are furnished and curated in every detail to give your intimacy comfort and all of them have:

My name is Vito Michele, I am graduated in Business Economics. I am keen on acoustics and engines and since I was a child I have loved travelling in Italy and abroad. My father is a chartered accountant, my mother is an English teacher. The place where I live is a wonderful valley and the Jonio Sea laps my town's shores. When you will arrive, as you would like to, I'd be glad to go for a ride together in order to make you know the town and the wonderful seafront.

B&B is located in Nova Siri in the town centre: it is a short walk to the beach and it is about a few dozens from public services (supermarkets, cafès, tobacco shops, banks, post office, church, amphitheatre-performance area). It is about 200 metres from the railway station, whose square functions as terminal bus. The distance from the beach is about one kilometre; seashore is reachable on foot, by bike or by car in a few minutes. We have at our disposal bikes.
Nova Siri Marina is a renowned seaside resort on Jonio Sea, close to Taranto and Matera (less than one hour by car), which was declared a UNESCO world heritage site, and in less than thirty minutes you can reach the museums and mining in Policoro, and Metaponto, where the 15 pillars of Hera's temple, which date back to VI sec. BC, stand. Hinterland, within a 30 kilometres radius, is full of castles and villages.

La pulizia non era accurata. Le reti del letto erano molto impolverate e la lavatrice, situata nel bagnetto, era piena di ruggine, il che non è un bel vedere. La colazione offerta al bar potrebbe essere arricchita con l'aggiunta di un succo o la possibilità di avere un doppio cornetto. Il gestore è stato gentile, ma non ha rilasciato nessuna ricevuta.

Tutto perfetto. Non nascondo che pensavo di ricevere dei cornetti freschi dal bar. La signora che gestisce la struttura ce la mette davvero tutta.

Sono stata in questo B&B pochi giorni fa e mi sono trovata benissimo, disponibilità unica e posto molto centrale.
Quando siamo arrivati ad accoglierci c'era una ragazza molto cordiale e gentile, sono stata veramente bene.

Ottima struttura dotata di tutti comfort situata in zona vicino al mare, con vari servizi di ogni genere nelle vicinanze.
Impeccabile la pulizia (noi abbiamo soggiornato con nostro figlio di appena 1 anno) ma soprattutto la disponibilità e la cordialità dei proprietari.. qualità rare da trovare oggi giorno.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo e nell'eventualità ci torneremmo ben volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana dopo ferragosto in un ambiente incantevole. La simpatia e l'accoglienza del titolare del B&B, mai invadente o inopportuna, ci hanno fatto sentire non come ospiti ma come amici.
Alzarsi al mattino con il profumo dell'agrumeto intorno e rientrare la sera con il panorama del mare e del cielo non contagiato da superflua illuminazione, ci ha fatto trascorrere un settimana di perfetto relax. Sicuramente da tornarci per un periodo più lungo!

Fermarsi al BB Nova Siri significa trovare un angolo di paradiso in pieno centro. Si parcheggia in giardino verde e curato nei minimi dettagli, si sale nell'appartamento subito accogliente, e arredato con gusto, la camera Superior, grande, luminosa, con tutti i comfort, wifi tv climatizzatore autonomo, frigobar, cassetta di sicurezza, per un soggiorno veramente di livello superiore.

Abbiamo soggiornato per circa una settimana, abbiamo incontrato persone cordiali, gentili e disponibili (il signor Accettura ed il signor Giovanni). Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B Nova siri di accettura Vito m. In occasione delle finali nazionali di volley u 17 (vinte dal trentino volley dove gioca nostro figlio), l'accoglienza la gentilezza e la disponibilità del sig. Accettura è stata ottima, l'appartamento (noi eravamo in 4) accessoriato, luminoso, spazioso e pulito. Colazione fantastica presso struttura convenzionata. Posto tranquillo in questo periodo (primi di giugno).
