Our apartment is located in the center of Matera, a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, with a spectacular view in a semi-central area. "Aria E Solesassi" is a welcoming and refined structure that pays attention to details.
Our guests will have the opportunity to participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost among museums and exhibition spaces. In the vicinity of our structure, it will be possible to find monuments and places of interest to satisfy one's desire for knowledge.
Our structure is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for meetings and business stays, or for a romantic vacation in a peaceful and reserved environment.

The house is really cozy with everything you need. New fixtures, automatic shutters, very well soundproofed. The bathroom is clean and well arranged. Comfortable bed. The house is bright, even the bathroom has a small window inside the shower box. Very quiet suburban area. We were satisfied and will definitely consider it for next time in Matera. Very kind owner.

The house of Grazia is very nice, cozy and equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and everything was spotless when we arrived. The only downside is that the induction hob was not working perfectly and will need to be fixed. Close to the Sassi, a 10-minute walk.

Essential breakfast, to be prepared independently with packaged products. Poor supply of cleaning products. Lack of city connection services. The house is very clean and equipped with air conditioning.

Very clean and functional room, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and caring, in the room we found fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam, nutella, rusks, cookies, chocolates and even a small bottle of prosecco. Really nice!

We spent a day visiting the city and the Christmas markets. I found this property on the web and I must say that I was extremely pleased. I personally complimented the owner, I will recommend it to those who wanted to go to Matera.

Apartment complete with all the comforts, suitable for visiting Matera on foot as it is a short walk from the center. Breakfast a bit scarce but overall more than satisfactory.

Small brand new and modern apartment. Grazia, the owner, very kind and helpful, gave us all the information about the city, which is only a 15-minute walk (Sasso Caveoso) from the B&B.
