Description

Our apartment is located in the center of Matera, a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, with a spectacular view in a semi-central area. "Aria E Solesassi" is a welcoming and refined structure that pays attention to details.

Our guests will have the opportunity to participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost among museums and exhibition spaces. In the vicinity of our structure, it will be possible to find monuments and places of interest to satisfy one's desire for knowledge.

Our structure is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for meetings and business stays, or for a romantic vacation in a peaceful and reserved environment.

Structure Features:
We will provide our guests with a private bathroom in every room, free wifi, heated environments, the possibility to return at any time of the night, street parking, and a kitchenette.

Our Rooms:
The air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, a baby bed (upon request), TV, mirror and luggage rack, mini fridge with a freezer. Sheets, blankets, towels, shower gel, and soap are also provided.

Up to 6 guests can stay with us in:
- 1 apartment that can accommodate 4 people

Top B&B (brand new, very clean, comfortable and super equipped, near the Madonna delle Grazie Hospital and with an excellent quality-price ratio) and Top Manager (Grazia is very kind, helpful, reliable and caring, a true expert). It's impossible not to be satisfied.

The structure is very well-kept, even in the details, a bit far from the center, but it's invaluable to have parking under the house. It's a shame I couldn't meet Mrs. Grazia, who provides a fridge full of everything, and all kinds of cookies, jams, snacks, and fruit for breakfast. Brand new structure, very nice bathroom; I hope to return and be able to stay more than the two nights of this first stay.

A beautiful apartment, new and equipped with all comforts. Mrs. Grazia is very kind and clear. It is a bit out of the way compared to the center, but nothing particularly serious. Fifteen extra minutes of walking in a city like Matera really make little difference. Overall, we are very satisfied!

The house is really cozy with everything you need. New fixtures, automatic shutters, very well soundproofed. The bathroom is clean and well arranged. Comfortable bed. The house is bright, even the bathroom has a small window inside the shower box. Very quiet suburban area. We were satisfied and will definitely consider it for next time in Matera. Very kind owner.

The house of Grazia is very nice, cozy and equipped with everything you need: air conditioning, microwave, hairdryer, TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for cooking and everything was spotless when we arrived. The only downside is that the induction hob was not working perfectly and will need to be fixed. Close to the Sassi, a 10-minute walk.

Very clean and functional room, the lady who welcomed us was very kind and caring, in the room we found fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea, butter, jam, nutella, rusks, cookies, chocolates and even a small bottle of prosecco. Really nice!
