It was a surprise to stay in a trullo. The environment is lovely and very clean, a bit small but it's normal for a trullo. The bathroom, on the other hand, is spacious and comfortable with a nice shower. It's a bit off the beaten path but it's an oasis of peace. The host is a man of few words. I found the breakfast just sufficient. The lady prepared a cappuccino for us, there was jam and Nutella in containers, some croissants, normal bread, a few pieces of melon, a jar of muesli, and some cookies. I would have appreciated normal bread instead of sliced bread, but it wasn't available.

We had the best time staying at this B&B for 3 nights. The room was perfect for us, the bed was comfy, the bathroom had everything we needed. There was a small fridge, kettle, and some tea in the room which was a great addition. The aircon worked well and the room was cleaned daily. We also had a spot to park our car in the driveway. The family who own the B&B are very hospitable and friendly, and even though we spoke no Italian and they spoke little English we felt welcomed. We will always have fond memories of our stay here.

The building is beautiful, with many plants and flowers, it looks nice. The parking lot is large, and the location is discreet, about 80 meters from a fairly busy road leading to Monopoli. Here are all the positive aspects. Now for some less positive aspects of our stay: The room was too small for a double bed, with only 25 cm on both sides. We had to crawl in and out of bed through the footboard... We are 67 and 56 years old, so it wasn't easy for us. My wife hurt her back, we reported it to the landlady without any comments. We asked to change rooms, we were 3 and the only guests the first night, but we were told it was only for sleeping... In hindsight, we understood how they got good reviews: guests who stayed only one night always had the best room, so they wrote positive reviews. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a good shower. The breakfast was sad, with only rusks, croissants, dry biscuits, and some pieces of fruit and yogurt. The landlady was not very welcoming, never asked how we were or if we needed anything. In summary: a pity for the unwelcoming management and the small size of the room.
