Hi, I'm Alessia, and together with my father Roberto, we are looking forward to welcoming you to our new facility, which will open in September 2023, to offer you a stay in the utmost comfort, relaxation and tranquillity. I have been working in tourism for several years.

The renovation of the property was completed at the end of July 2023 and particular attention was paid to the needs of guests: elimination, for both ecological and safety reasons, of gas inside the structure, application of sound-absorbing panels, thermal break window frames with soundproofed glass; free wi-fi throughout the structure; smart TV in every room; electrical and water sewer system made according to the latest technologies.

We enjoyed a great 9-day stay in Alessia and Roberto's Svevo apartment. The fourth-floor apartment is very comfortable, spacious and modern, ideally situated between the train station and the old town. There is a bus stop around the corner and several supermarkets nearby. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with afternoon sun. Alessia and Roberto are great hosts, always instantly contactable, and they gave us many local recommendations for cafes, restaurants and sightseeing. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend staying in this apartment.

The apartment was very beautiful, stylish and clean. The location is central and the old town was just a short walk away. There were some convenient parking spaces near the apartment. The balcony was also beautiful. Roberto and Alessia are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of useful information and we really enjoyed our stay.
