Le Petit Palais de VinsLounge is situated a few meters from the site of VinsLounge of Via del Duomo, 5 both just 30 meters from the Cathedral and the Castle Svevo and about 500 meters from the train station, the beach and the promenade are also surrounded by most important historical monuments of the place.

Gentile Roberto, Lei o chi per Lei aveva effettuato una prenotazione di una camera matrimoniale, pur essendo voi in tre; al momento del chcek in dove non dice però che mi sono messo totalemente a disposizione per consentirvi di arrivare ben oltre l'orario prestabilito! Alle 23: 45 siete entrati in struttura e a vendo rilevato questa difformità rispetto alla prenotazione, vi ho subito fatto presente che l'acquisto fatto era per una camera doppia, ma essendo voi in tre era necessario aggiungere una differenza per il pernottamento e la prima colazione! La camera acquistata ed in cui avete alloggiato, può valere sia come singola, che come doppia, tripla o quadrupla; indicando il numero di ospiti esce il costo di riferimento...se è stato lasciato 2 ovviamente il sistema vi ha proposto la tariffa per due persone. Pagare in altissima stagione € 75, 00 per una camera doppia e avere anche l'ardire di rimanere delusi, pensando che quel costo valga anche per tre o quattro persone, lo ritengo un pò offensivo! L'educazione, la disponibilità in orario fuori check in, la risoluzione di un vostro problema e tutto quanto sia stato da me gestito, è davvero umiliante sminuirlo a delle gravissime insufficienze. Fanno bene i miei colleghi che una volta passato l'orario di riferimento, in struttura non si accede e il pagamento della camera è perso! La disponibilità e l'educazione per risolvere un problema degli ospiti, non ripaga mai! Cordialmente, Vincenzo.

Located in the middle of the centro historico. Very special, but also consider the noise when you open the windows for ventilation. Beautiful, tasteful room and interior. Suite Costello had a private bathroom outside on the landing with a code lock. For quick use it is less handy, but well equipped. The big closet and furniture were beautiful and stylish but locked and not for use. The host was very helpful with our late check-in.

The structure is very beautiful and rich in comfort. The only flaw is the many stairs, but in a historic building they are inevitable. I would recommend a less noisy air conditioner, for the rest everything is very pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast for the standard of the location clashes with the affiliated place. I would have expected a bar of the same style, perhaps with a castle view breakfast. I have a vacation gift box that I will certainly use at the structure since it is affiliated. In the heart of the historic center of Barletta, this B&B can only be visited. P.S. Then next door there is Panzer...for lovers of fried panzerotto in Puglia...it brought back a memory...my beloved mother!

Il bar è convenzionato da un decennio, è vicino, offre una ottima colazione con prodotti tipici locali e sono molto gentili... gli altri in zona aprono molto più tardi e gli orari collimano con gli ospiti. Sono felice che il Suo soggiorno sia stato così gradito e che abbia potuto apprezzare tutte le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono il mio B&B, rispetto ai colleghi presenti sul mercato.
