Relax in this newly built villa surrounded by greenery a few steps from the castle, the historic center and 500 meters from the sea. It has a private garden where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation. The location, a little secluded from the historic center, is in a quiet area of ??the town, in a street with no traffic, overlooking the pine forest, and allows you to rest at night and park your car easily.

With a small walk of about 10 minutes you can reach the center of Otranto and the port.

It is suitable both for families with children and for couples who like to relax, not having the confusion of nightlife and music in the house until late at night. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts for your stay, including a private garden equipped with deck chairs, table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue, outdoor shower, Bestway above ground swimming pool of about 5mX3m and an elastic trampoline for children to play.

Pros: The location is excellent, a very short walk to the city centre. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The host was always responsive and kind. The parking was a much-appreciated amenity. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to relax. Things to note: The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were all very thick and high, which caused neck pain. A variety of pillow options for different types of sleepers would have been appreciated. Some cleaning supplies would also have been appreciated. Ezio was always available and responsive. We stayed for three weeks, and some hospitality would have been welcome, such as checking in, asking if we needed anything, or offering suggestions like the fastest route to the city centre and preferred beaches. Nothing to complain about, just something to note. We would happily recommend this place and return.

We are a family with two small children, one almost three years old and the other five. We felt great, just like at home. The apartment was spotless and equipped with all the comforts one could desire. The owner was very kind and always available. We will definitely have a chance to return, highly recommended.
