In the morning we serve in our beautiful veranda a hearty breakfast, both sweet and savory, to satisfy everyone's palates. We offer: coffee, milk (also soy), cappuccino, chocolate, tea, fruit juice, biscuits, biscuits, jam, nutella, fresh croissants, homemade cakes, cheese, cooked ham, Milan salami, butter, bread and fresh fruit of the season.

I'm Roy and from 2016 I manage the B&B started in 2010 by my father, Alfio, who rose in what was once the house in the countryside of our family.

I personally take care of following my guests from the moment of booking to departure, providing advice on itineraries to follow or restaurants and trattorias that are not to be missed. A week in Salento enchanted by so much beauty and captivated by the B&B of the young Roy, a true host of the very neat and well-kept country villa, embellished by a very charming pool and by silent interiors furnished with taste. Rarely have we met such a friendly, helpful host and prodigy of many useful tips on itineraries, typical taverns, and small enchanting places off the beaten tourist tracks. It was a very pleasant experience. The Villa Vittoria was beautiful and the manager was very helpful in welcoming us and explaining the operation of the property. The breakfast was particularly interesting, with homemade products and fresh drinks, in addition to delicious homemade cakes. My experience at this B&B was excellent. The place is a corner of paradise, it presents itself as a typical well-kept Salento farmhouse, nestled in the rugged but enchanting Salento countryside, yet close to all the most popular tourist destinations. The same is equipped with a beautiful garden and a lovely pool, where you can relax completely if you feel like unwinding without having to go out. The cleanliness of the entire B&B is top-notch, the rooms, in addition to being spotless, offer all the comforts and services to ensure a pleasant stay at the property. The welcome was fabulous and the staff proved to be helpful and kind to every request, just like the owner Roy, a guy who had the courage to leave the virtuous North to return to his roots, and believe in the potential of his territory, Salento. By investing in and taking care of his small B&B, which is a gem immersed in the Salento nature. Many thanks Roy for being our guide in Salento, with your valuable advice and for the numerous chats we had under the veranda of your B&B. I just say goodbye, because we will return to stay at your B&B on our next trips.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what else to add positively to this little paradise in Salento! Warm welcome and maximum availability from both the manager and the whole team. Attention to detail in every aspect, from maintenance and cleanliness of the structure (flowers, trees, grass, pool, room, etc.) to the various desires of the customers. One almost feels part of the family, making leaving even more difficult. This gives hope for a soon return! A heartfelt thanks for making these days unforgettable to Roy, Serena, and the lifeguard/handyman Alessandro.

Roy and his family welcomed us in a wonderful apartment inside their Masseria. Complete with everything, air-conditioned with a spacious kitchen and private parking in the shade. The location is optimal to visit both sides of Puglia. The super competitive price includes everything, breakfast and access to the pool. Daily cleaning and towel change every 2 days. In short, you can't ask for more. The structure is new and well maintained. The hospitality is top-notch with Roy, a true institution and guide to Salento. What are you waiting for to book? A small oasis of peace and tranquility, everything very good, silence, breakfast, cleanliness, car parking. To visit Salento, you have to travel many kilometers, but from here, you can go in any direction. Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Vittoria per una settimana e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Abbiamo scelto Maglie per poter fare un bel giro del Salento ed essere vicini un po' a tutte le località e attrazioni. Roy è carinissimo, ci ha dato un sacco di dritte ogni giorno sulla base dell'itinerario che avevamo scelto. La struttura è bella, molto pulita e funzionale per gli ospiti. I collaboratori sono sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti. La colazione poi, deliziosa! Molto consigliata.

Masseria ottimamente ristrutturata, nelle campagne vicine a maglie. Camere accoglienti ed estremamente pulite. La zona piscina eccellente. I proprietari e i collaboratori, sono persone squisite e riescono a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.
