Description

Villa Terra Nostra holiday home in Vieste was born out of the desire to rediscover the peace and tranquility of country life, the love for nature nurtured by the family who created it, and the need to spend days filled with sun, sea, and good living.

The structure is located 6 km from the center of Vieste, in the heart of the Gargano National Park, 700 meters from the Scialmarino beach, sandy and with an incomparable sea typical of Gargano.

Thanks to its privileged geographical position, the Villa is suitable both for those looking for a peaceful beach holiday and for those who love to go on excursions in close contact with nature, being very close to the Umbra Forest.

The holiday home has comfortable accommodation units for your vacation; each room has exclusive use services, TV, safe, hairdryer, fridge and the possibility to park your car in an external space protected by an automatic gate.

WiFi is also available in the garden area.

The structure is family-run, and the sense of hospitality is evident throughout the vacation, with the courtesy and hospitality of the owners who guarantee the effectiveness of the services and will be happy to spend some evenings with you savoring Puglian specialties.

Small pets are allowed in the structure upon request before booking and with a supplement of 12 euros per day.

We stayed for a week at the end of July. The place is very quiet, close to the sea and with shops nearby. The only downside is that there is no oven in the kitchenette.

I stayed at Villa Terra Nostra for a week, during my summer vacation in Gargano. The structure is located in Mandrione, a small hamlet of Vieste, a few km from the sea. The villa is immersed in a lush olive grove, in a quiet and peaceful location. The structure consists of a central body, where you can find the reception, the common room, and the pool, and several apartments and rooms, all furnished in a rustic style with minimal amenities. I chose to stay in an apartment with a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchenette was set up in the small veranda in front of the roughly closed room with a mosquito net. The apartment was very clean, the room spacious. The kitchenette equipped with the essentials. The pool is small, not beautiful, and not very inviting. The structure does not offer or provide services and/or entertainment. The owners are always present in the structure, although I did not have any particular requests or needs, they seemed kind and helpful. The villa is located a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Gargano, Scialmarino. The beach is sandy with crystal-clear waters. In conclusion, Villa Terra Nostra is a good choice for those looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of Gargano, offering a service limited to the essentials but with a good value for money. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from the other rooms.

A little over a kilometer from the sea, the use of a car is almost mandatory. The center of Vieste is about 7 kilometers away; however, the property is located right between Peschici and Vieste, reachable in 20 and 10 minutes respectively. The two-room apartment is slightly small with a decent terrace. The pool was a disappointment. Excellent outdoor spaces and environment, especially for those with children. Overall, we had a good time and would gladly return, recommended!

Wonderful structure, immersed in olive trees and close to the sea (800 meters): we stayed at Villa Terra Nostra between the end of June and the beginning of July, 2 adults and 2 children, with room and breakfast and we can say that we were wonderfully, both in terms of accommodation and hospitality. The abundant breakfast, with fresh fruit, freshly baked brioche (and giant!) and bruschetta, was a further welcome surprise. And the staff? Always kind and available, for any request we made: thanks to Mr. Pasquale, Mrs. Lucrezia, and Francesco for everything! We will definitely come back.

Beautiful structure surrounded by olive trees, with a pool and a playground for the little ones. The owners are very kind, the breakfast is good with packaged products and the rest is produced by them such as cheeses and bread. Our room was on the ground floor, lacked a bit of light from windows too covered by plants and wooden beams, the mattress a bit too hard and some things to fix in the bathroom, but they are aware of it and are gradually renovating some accommodations. To finish, the wifi, considering the weak signal coverage from operators in the area, should be extended to the accommodations and not just the common areas. Overall, a good stay, worth returning for the excellent value for money, a triple room at 65 euros per night with breakfast.

Clean and welcoming structure. We stayed in a triple room with a kitchen; there was everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a small pool and some nice outdoor sitting areas. A few minutes by car and you arrive in Vieste: beautiful, clean, and with excellent restaurants.

Nice apartments, very new, in a beautiful park with some games for children and a small pool. The management is definitely in two phases: Maria Lucia, nice and courteous (the daughter), opposed to the father, who, to date, should understand that, when you have a tourist activity, you should look at the customer as the resource (and not the annoyance...). Too bad, overall, we would return.

The structure is well-kept, clean, and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. An oasis of tranquility, with a pool among the olive trees, a short distance from truly suggestive beaches and coves. We will definitely come back.
