For the discerning guest looking for quality, recreation, culture, VILLA STASI is proposed as a pleasant and relaxing place, surrounded by 12 towering pines, 200 meters from the beach, but away from the noise of the hectic holiday in August, ideal for a beach holiday all relax. It ' a holiday home for 30 years, expanded in the 70's and renovated in 2003 in order to adapt to the new destination. The treatment, services and places are top notch. The floor area is about 370 square meters on two levels divided equally, while a large garden of about 900 square meters fronting the villa. The lower floor is used as the residence of the owner, in front characterized by a long colonnade of arches that separates the house from a large paved area, surrounded by greenery of the garden; Moreover, in the shadow of majestic pines cinquantennali leaving just filter out the sun's rays, our esteemed guests can enjoy the fragrant breakfast in the morning.
The upper floor is intended for accommodation of guests. They are accessed by a common walkway that spans the entire floor and ending with a large terrace with sea views. The site, as mentioned, is quiet and is served by two different paths, just as many have access to the villa: of these, the main sorting walk into the gallery on the upper floor and the garden below, the secondary leads to the Avenue garage, where our guests will be able to fix their own cars (with a maximum of 4). ACCOMMODATION are around 4, arranged in a line along a viewing platform, in style with the architectural trends of the past. All accommodations have their own private outdoor space marked by a wooden booths. They are equipped with TV, air-conditioned and private service.

Breakfast for a Bed and Breakfast is very important. In Villa Stasi you can enjoy a healthy breakfast with local products of handicraft, such as jams and preserves family farm, donuts and homemade pies, honey arigianale, the fragrant "health biscuits" home-made, the just bought bread from the oven, but also fresh fruit, croissants and artisan fruit juices. All this in the shadow of twelve majestic pine trees of our garden. In Villa Stasi waking up is always very sweet and healthy.

We are in Santa Maria di Leuca. Visiting the Salento means go to the extreme edge of Puglia in Italy, where the Ionian and Adriatic melt at the sight of a giant lighthouse.
VILLA STASI is right here, in a strategic position because isolated from the busiest areas and at the same time is just 200 meters from the sea. A sea unanimously recognized as one of the cleanest in Italy and whose views can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace of the villa.
To arrive by car, coming from Bari and Brindisi, take the highway that leads from Brindisi to Lecce. At the gates of Lecce take the junction to the West Ring Road, head towards Gallipoli (about 40 km), then to Santa Maria di Leuca and exit at the second exit for Castrignano (about 80 km from Lecce) and continue for SM di Leuca.
By train, from Lecce train station you can continue to Gagliano del Capo (about 3 km from the villa). Here we will be there to greet you and accompany you when free. We, however, recommend that you rent a car in Lecce, also to be able to move freely during your stay.
By plane, you can get up to Brindisi and from here you can booking himself for the time with us, take advantage of a taxi service from the airport to the Company and back (about 110 km), or rent a car once you arrive Brindisi.

Sono rimasto solo una notte in giro, la camera era grande e pulita e la colazione era piacevole al mattino. La villa Stasi si trova in una bella zona residenziale tranquilla, quindi è stato bello sedersi sul balcone con vista sul mare. Il nostro unico commento negativo è che il bagno era molto grande, ma aveva la doccia più piccola in un angolo. Sarebbe stato bello avere una doccia più grande con così tanto spazio disponibile. Il proprietario, Fabrizio, ha comunicato bene prima dell'arrivo, tuttavia, non lo abbiamo incontrato durante il soggiorno.

Grazie Willie per i suoi complimenti. A volte per motivi tecnici non è possibile, pur avendo lo spazio, sistemare gli arredi a piacimento, specie nelle case vecchie come Villa Stasi. Comunque siamo lieti di aver reso piacevole il suo soggiorno. La mia presenza è limitata perchè conduco anche il nostro agriturismo di famiglia e mi devo sdoppiare per ricevere tutti gli ospiti. E a volte delego la mia cara mamma di quasi 94 anni, ancora attiva e presente. Un abbraccio. Fabrizio

It is a convenient location both to the town, the port and the beach (although not right on the beach). We reached everything on foot, even the sanctuary and the lighthouse with a nice walk and stairs!

Exceptional location; perfect management by the architect owner and manager (Fabrizio Manco); kindness, discretion, and availability of the lady in charge of breakfast. A relaxing place with a magnificent view from the window overlooking the sea. Advantageous quality/price ratio. What serenity and peace! I would definitely come back, even tomorrow.

The structure is simple but beautiful and welcoming, just a step away from the sea. One of the most beautiful things is the garden of Villa Stasi with the kittens (if you are not a cat lover, it might bother you). The staff is very helpful and friendly and the room cleaning service is rigorous every day. There are no annoying noises (except for some birds living in the garden trees). I highly recommend it.
