Villa with pool located just a few miles away from the sandy beaches of Ugento. With a main house and an annex, Villa Rosalorè has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.
Situated within only 8 km from the sandy beaches of Marina di Ugento, surrounded by nature, Villa Rosalorè appears as a masterpiece of country elegance distinguished by excellent taste. The combinations and details are inspired by the philosophy of simplicity of style and minimalism.
The enchanting salt water pool, the solarium equipped with armchairs and sun lounger overlooking the beautiful love groves, the lovely covered veranda where you can have lunch and dine out in the open air and prepare tasty dishes using the kitchenette with oven, sink and stone barbecue. The outdoor space are dedicated to your pleasure and invite you to sit back and relax so you can fully enjoy your vacation. The external patio is equipped with an appropriate shed with a comfortable table, which is perfect for convivial outdoor lunches o dinners in combination with a breathtaking view of the pool and of the olive tree grove. You can also enjoy your outdoor cooking: there is a comfortable cooking space equipped with a cooker, a sink, and a brick barbecue. Every corner of the structure is reserved to provide you an enjoyable holiday: a reed shed patio is simply perfect to rest, while the solarium, provided with every essential element, invites you to have a total relaxation.
The facade entrance leads to an open space hall (dining/living space with a tv/sitting area) with a visible well equipped kitchen and a handy washroom/laundry. Two passages lead to the bedrooms: to the right there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed also with an en-suite bathroom/shower; while to the left there are two other double bedrooms that divide the unique bathroom/shower (one of that rooms has its own private shower in it).
The staircase on the right part of the loggia, leads to the annex, that has its own little kitchen area, and two double bedrooms that share a common bathroom/shower, and a private typical external courtyard, where you can enjoy your lunch.
The entire property is rented with exclusive use. No shared spaces.
The closest town is Ugento, just 2 km away, with its medieval old town and all the services. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. At only 8 km instead Torre San Giovanni, the nearest marina, with its promenade and the many typical places where you can eat excellent fish, the port with fishmongers where you can buy fresh fish to roast in the villa and the beaches with their fine beach and crystal clear water.
Easy to move by car thanks to the proximity to the highway that allows fast movements south or north.

I also wanted to thank you for the hospitality. I am not used to leaving reviews on social media or platforms: I prefer to give them directly to the owners when I think they can be useful. Overall, we had a really good stay and we particularly appreciated your availability and the prompt intervention to restore the water supply: an attention that is by no means obvious. If I may offer a few suggestions to make the experience even better: - Installing mosquito nets on the windows, which would allow airing the rooms without always having to resort to air conditioning. - Having one or two microwave ovens, which would be very convenient, especially for large groups. - Checking the odor present in the basement bathrooms. And, as the icing on the cake, automating the door between the porch and the kitchen would be a very much appreciated plus. Otherwise, congratulations: we spent a pleasant week and will keep a great memory of Villa Rosalore.

The quiet location, the beautifully maintained surroundings and the pool are excellent. The access with an electric gate is also convenient. We did not like the furnishings at all. The floors and furniture are old and heavily worn. The kitchen, especially the gas stove and the wall tiles, is dirty and unhygienic, and there are ants. The mattress has sags. The outdoor chairs are worn and partly rusty; we did not want to use them. The windows and the sanitary facilities are good, as is the washing machine. Contact with Roberto was very good.

Ci dispiace invece che alcuni aspetti della villa non abbiano incontrato i vostri gusti personali. Lo stile della proprietà è volutamente country-shabby e gli arredi, le finiture in microcemento e le superfici realizzate con terre naturali sono elementi caratteristici del progetto, ben visibili nelle fotografie pubblicate. Alcune variazioni cromatiche, segni del tempo e particolari effetti materici fanno parte di questa scelta estetica e non sono da considerarsi indice di scarsa manutenzione o mancanza di igiene. Per quanto riguarda la presenza di formiche, la villa si trova in piena campagna, immersa nella natura. Nonostante i regolari controlli e la pulizia accurata degli ambienti, può occasionalmente verificarsi la presenza di piccoli insetti, soprattutto se attratti da residui alimentari. La pulizia della cucina viene sempre effettuata con grande attenzione tra un soggiorno e l'altro; ci dispiace quindi che abbiate avuto una percezione diversa. Anche le sedute esterne sono oggetto di manutenzione periodica e la particolare finitura superficiale è una scelta estetica legata al design della villa. Per quanto riguarda il materasso, non avevamo mai ricevuto segnalazioni in merito, ma provvederemo comunque a verificarlo attentamente. Really nice and well-kept property, in an isolated and peaceful but strategic location for reaching the various places. We were 11 adults and appreciated the livability of the villa with a fantastic pool. Roberto is always very friendly and helpful in giving advice about the area's attractions, both tourist and gastronomic. The only flaw is the dependance, which is not up to the standard of the property: in particular the second bedroom (photo not published) is very small and without a wardrobe, with only a clothes rack and a very small bathroom, so it is recommended for a maximum of 2 people. Otherwise, excellent property and really interesting value for money.

Wonderful villa, we just spent a blissful week there as a family of ten. The villa is cleverly arranged across three separate parts with two bedrooms each so perfect for privacy whilst sharing all the lovely communal areas. The pool is 100% amazing!!! Saltwater and huge, we all loved it especially the children. The hosts were fantastic and communication was easy. It’s truly a beautiful villa, completely private, furnished beautifully in stunning grounds with lovely plants and trees all around and the kitchen has everything you could need. Worth noting that two of the bedrooms are downstairs with small high windows, so they feel a bit less luxurious than the 4 upstairs but still lovely. Highly recommend!!

The accommodation matched our expectations raised by the portal. The pool was regularly cleaned. During our stay, Roberto took excellent care of our needs and gave us advice on events in the area. The villa is located 5 minutes from Ugento, the town is nice and meets all basic needs. Apart from shops, we found nice restaurants with different offerings (prices and menus) and bars to complete the picture. The highway is in the immediate vicinity of the villa, so we are well connected. Overall, all destinations were about 20-30 minutes away, whether we wanted to go to Gallipoli or to the beach of Leuca. Brindisi airport is about 50-60 minutes away. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place that we can recommend without hesitation. If we were to find ourselves in the area again, we already have the right place and the person to contact.
