Villa with pool located just a few miles away from the sandy beaches of Ugento. With a main house and an annex, Villa Rosalorè has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Situated within only 8 km from the sandy beaches of Marina di Ugento, surrounded by nature, Villa Rosalorè appears as a masterpiece of country elegance distinguished by excellent taste. The combinations and details are inspired by the philosophy of simplicity of style and minimalism.

The enchanting salt water pool, the solarium equipped with armchairs and sun lounger overlooking the beautiful love groves, the lovely covered veranda where you can have lunch and dine out in the open air and prepare tasty dishes using the kitchenette with oven, sink and stone barbecue. The outdoor space are dedicated to your pleasure and invite you to sit back and relax so you can fully enjoy your vacation. The external patio is equipped with an appropriate shed with a comfortable table, which is perfect for convivial outdoor lunches o dinners in combination with a breathtaking view of the pool and of the olive tree grove. You can also enjoy your outdoor cooking: there is a comfortable cooking space equipped with a cooker, a sink, and a brick barbecue. Every corner of the structure is reserved to provide you an enjoyable holiday: a reed shed patio is simply perfect to rest, while the solarium, provided with every essential element, invites you to have a total relaxation.

The facade entrance leads to an open space hall (dining/living space with a tv/sitting area) with a visible well equipped kitchen and a handy washroom/laundry. Two passages lead to the bedrooms: to the right there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed also with an en-suite bathroom/shower; while to the left there are two other double bedrooms that divide the unique bathroom/shower (one of that rooms has its own private shower in it).

The staircase on the right part of the loggia, leads to the annex, that has its own little kitchen area, and two double bedrooms that share a common bathroom/shower, and a private typical external courtyard, where you can enjoy your lunch.

The entire property is rented with exclusive use. No shared spaces.

The closest town is Ugento, just 2 km away, with its medieval old town and all the services. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. At only 8 km instead Torre San Giovanni, the nearest marina, with its promenade and the many typical places where you can eat excellent fish, the port with fishmongers where you can buy fresh fish to roast in the villa and the beaches with their fine beach and crystal clear water.

Easy to move by car thanks to the proximity to the highway that allows fast movements south or north.

The pool is usually opened from April to October, depending on the weather conditions.
