Villa Pi

Villa Pi welcomes guests in a well-maintained and relaxing environment, surrounded by greenery and just a short walk from the sea. The house features a charming front garden with a barbecue and a covered veranda, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments even on the hottest days. At the back, a second green space offers more privacy and includes an outdoor shower, as well as a bathroom/laundry room equipped with a second shower.

The accommodation can host up to five guests and consists of an open space with a kitchen and living area, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway with ample storage. Each room is air-conditioned and has a television, ensuring maximum comfort during relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, and cookware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Laundry service is available upon request. The nearest beach is Salina dei Monaci, a protected area of extraordinary beauty that can be reached on foot, while Punta Prosciutto and Lido degli Angeli are just a short drive away.

Located in the picturesque area of Torre Colimena, Villa Pi is close to shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the charming marina. The owners are happy to provide support, personalized advice, and even a bicycle rental service to help guests explore the surrounding area.
