1) The usable space of the bedroom needs to be improved; remove the bunk bed located in the kitchen and modernize the kitchen accessories. 2) The terrace should be protected from small animals that invade it, as I already told you during my stay. 3) If the exterior is well arranged, improving the paving and installing an electric gate that allows easy access for guests, the property would not be bad.

We stayed at the property as a couple accompanied by a small Maltese dog, welcomed with open arms by the owners, from August 3 to August 10, 2024. The complex consists of several apartments and is located in a very quiet and peaceful position in the heart of the Umbrian forest, yet very close to the center of Vieste, just 5 minutes by bike. During our stay, Vieste offered some entertainment every evening and was very busy. The property has everything necessary for a vacation, except for bed, bathroom, and kitchen linen, contrary to what was stated on the website. The owners, who live in the same property, are very nice and friendly, as well as attentive to the needs of the guests. When we requested a change of apartment because the one assigned to us was too close to theirs, they worked hard to accommodate us and moved us to another, even more beautiful, at the back. Wonderful vacation.

Beautiful structure, tidy, clean and located in a quiet area (even though there is a heliport nearby where a helicopter lands once or twice a day, but it does not bother too much). The only minor flaws that I noticed are the water pressure being too low (I think justified also for the summer drought period) and I would have preferred the television in the room, since in the living area it was not positioned well to be seen. Perhaps pruning the olive branches where you park would be appropriate to avoid "scraping" the branches on the car. In any case, I would recommend this structure.

Save for the charm of Vieste and its coast, rich in natural beauty, I cannot say the same about Villa Margherita vacation home. The owner is far from welcoming and friendly, unlike the husband and daughters. The house is rather cramped for 5 people and very inconvenient, with an outdoor kitchen. Cleanings are done very superficially, drawers not emptied with the unpleasant surprise of finding previous guests' clothes under the mattresses. Although "pets allowed" is reported on the website, the lady complained all the time about our dog's presence, which was rather bothered by hers. The owners indeed reside right next to the rented housing unit, so zero privacy! The only positive note is the proximity to the beach and access to the beach club with a sunbed and two deck chairs included in agreement with the vacation home. For these reasons and many others that I avoid listing to prevent this review from becoming too lengthy, I give the lowest possible rating.

Mi chiedo come mai, al momento della prenotazione, non abbia controllato le foto riguardanti la cucina esterna, dove sono ben evidenti tutti i particolari dell’appartamento. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, posso confermarle che gli ambienti vengono puliti e disinfettati alla perfezione per garantire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno nel massimo comfort. Inoltre, ci chiediamo perché non abbia fatto presente queste problematiche durante il suo soggiorno. Infine, la nostra struttura accetta cani di piccola e media taglia. Tuttavia, il suo cane non sembrava rispettare le dimensioni indicate, e non è stato comunicato nella prenotazione, il che avrebbe comportato un supplemento. Inoltre, ci tengo a ricordare che alle 5: 00 del mattino è richiesto silenzio, cosa che non è stata possibile a causa dei continui abbaiamenti del vostro cane. Con ciò, le auguro una buona continuazione. Villa Margherita.
