Description
Lovely Mediterranean-style villa, surrounded by a garden with fruit trees, 100 meters from the Ionian Sea, near a rocky bay with crystal-clear water, in a peaceful green area, but only 2.5 km from the beaches of Gallipoli (Il Pizzo).
As the villa on Via dello Zodiaco is not available, the described and illustrated references refer to a villa located in Torre Suda, 2 km from Via dello Zodiaco, much closer to the sea (100 meters) and situated in an area with villas equipped with a supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, church, square, playground, pizzeria, restaurant, beachfront piano bar, and bike path, all within 150 meters. Torre Suda has been recognized among the 45 seaside resorts awarded this year with the "Vele di Legambiente" and "Touring Club Italiano". The Alto Salento Jonico district includes the municipalities of Nardò, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, and Racale. There is a provincial bus stop (Lecce-Gallipoli-Leuca) 300 meters away, as well as a tennis club, ATM, and an equipped park for outdoor performances.
The villa consists of three independent units. One unit has a double bedroom, dining room with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The other unit has three bedrooms with 2, 3, and 4 beds respectively, two indoor fireplaces, a dining room, several terraces, and a porch. There is also an outdoor shower and an indoor parking space. Lastly, in the same complex, there is a separate double room with a bathroom and independent entrance.
We do not meet the requirements for vacation vouchers. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
For nature lovers, within a radius of 10 km, there are different marine habitats available: high cliffs (2-3 meters), white sandy beaches with swim-accessible islets (Riva di Ugento), wild beach (Lido Pizzo) accessible only by dirt road, or equipped beach resorts with happy hour.
In the garden, there are some caper plants, a crop that is common in the area and grows between the rocky terrain before the house was built. Between June and August, the plants bloom, producing buds that are harvested for the production of pickled capers. Guests are free to pick them, some plants are ground-level, while others are planted in the stone wall and can be harvested without bending down.
Accessible from the edge of the garden, near the stone wall, there are prickly pear plants with succulent flesh ranging in color from green to yellow, orange, and red. Using tongs for spaghetti or salad (to avoid getting pricked), guests can freely pick them.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Loredana in Puglia, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience! Situated in a charming location, immersed in the Apulian countryside and surrounded by greenery, this bed and breakfast offers an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno nella camera matrimoniale con ingresso indipendente e bagno privato "ottocento" per una settimana.
Oltre all'essenziale, nella stanza ci sono condizionatore, TV, frigorifero, un fornellino elettrico e asciuga capelli.
La villa ha una comoda terrazza e un bel giardino.
Si trova in un un'ottima posizione, vicina agli accessi di scogli bassi al mare, al supermercato e a dieci minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus. I proprietari abitano nella villa e sono molto accoglienti, disponibili e discreti.
La consiglio!

Ho prenotato in accordo con mia moglie una tripla per una notte in questa struttura.
La stanza Ottocento ci è stata consegnata al mattino 09:30 invece di mezzogiorno e abbiamo trovato in frigo una bottiglia di acqua.
In compenso, come servizi aggiuntivi non richiesti abbiamo ricevuto una TV che non funzionava, la porta d'ingresso non aveva la serratura dalla parte interna, vi era una serranda esterna che potevi abbassare dall'interno, ma secondo me bastava mettere una serratura adeguata.
Qualcuno dei proprietari alla nostra assenza in mattinata, è entrato per mettere i coprimaterassi e ha spento il condizionatore.
Questo non si fa a mio avviso. Siamo persone che si adattano, ma su una cosa non transigiamo, la pulizia.
C'erano ragni, fuliggine al soffitto, ma soprattutto un altro ragno di lato al materasso e sporco datato dietro il letto che abbiamo documentato con foto. Allora non abbiamo potuto resistere era mezzanotte, abbiamo fatto i bagagli e siamo corsi a casa affrontando 2 ore di strada. Il nostro week end è terminato ancor prima di iniziare. È da migliorare molto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Struttura in posizione eccellente con un eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo.
I gestori sono cordiali disponibili e hanno dato ottime informazioni per la visita dei posti del luogo.
La camera pulita con bagno nuovo con arredamento un po datato e da migliorare ma che nell'ottica di una breve vacanza per visita dei luoghi non incide negativamente.
Aria condizionata ok e molto vicino a zona balneabile e luoghi ricreativi.

Appartamentino adatto a due coppie o ad una famiglia con due bimbi, sito in una villa immersa nel verde dove soggiornano anche i gentilissimi proprietari, sempre disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta degli ospiti e a fornire preziosi consigli su itinerari e posti da visitare.
Vicinissima alla famosa scogliera di Torre Suda, ove si arriva in 3 minuti a piedi.
L'appartamento è confortevole ed è dotato di ogni servizio essenziale ad un soggiorno di media durata.
Consigliatissimo!

Non è facile trovare parole per esprimere i sentimenti più profondi.
Il gestore è disponibile, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente.
Il mare, lo splendido mare salentino è dietro l’angolo.
In auto si raggiungono le meraviglie del Salento in pochi minuti.
Le serate sono rallegrate da sagre e musica.
I locali dove mangiare le prelibatezze del luogo non mancano.
Vale la pena soggiornare presso Villa Loredana.
Per me? La più bella vacanza della mia vita.
