Description
Villa with swimming pool and a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in the heart of Salento, in the countryside and a few km from the sandy beaches of the Ugento Marine and immersed in the greenery of Salento nature. The infinity pool is surrounded by an exotic garden of horticultural-botanical value. There are a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms for a maximum accommodation capacity of ten/eleven beds.
The property is accessed from a private driveway with a gate. There are two independent houses, both equipped with a veranda, furniture for outdoor dining, barbecue and wood-burning oven, ideal for pizza parties.
The magnificent infinity pool (10x5 metres) is equipped with a salt system, for a pleasant bath in water that does not smell of chlorine and is not aggressive on the skin.
Two lovely gazebos near the swimming pool are the ideal place for lunches and dinners or simple relaxation overlooking the pool.
The main house, which is located near the swimming pool, has its own veranda, equipped with a long table, ping-pong table and swing: ideal for spending fun afternoons. The dining room, equipped with a sofa and TV, is served by a small, well-equipped kitchenette. The living room also leads to the bathroom/shower and the two bedrooms. Specifically, a double and a twin (which can be transformed into a double by joining the two beds).
The annex, about thirty meters from the main house, is made up of three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and two that share a second bathroom/shower. The annex is also equipped with a small kitchenette and veranda with garden furniture.

The swimming pool is open from 30 March to 31 October, except in adverse weather conditions.

Villa and host are great. Kitchens are a bit small for 11 people, but there are two. Outdoor furniture is a bit outdated. Otherwise, everything is great, I would love to return!
