Excellent location for a seaside vacation. You can leave your car in the reserved internal spot for the entire length of the stay. Bars, supermarket, bakery, free beaches, and equipped beaches very close by.\n\nApartment equipped with everything you need. Great outdoor space for dinners. Super helpful managers, good prices compared to the competition, a nice solution for those who want to base their holiday on the nightlife of Baia Verde. I will definitely recommend it and if I were to come back to the area, despite trying different solutions especially in Baia Verde, I would contact the 'Villa dei Pini'.

My family and I were looking for a quiet and practical apartment to spend our holidays. Searching on the B&B website, we found the "Villa dei Pini". To start, unfortunately, we did not have holidays from Saturday to Saturday, as my partner works abroad and we could only leave on Sunday, September 2nd and had to return on Wednesday, September 12th, and already here it was difficult to find someone who would "accept" this particular request, even though it was not peak season. Having a 9-month-old baby, the needs are many, but some are truly essential. We were looking for a quiet place, close to the beach, with private parking (as we were renting a car), with a kitchen to prepare baby food, with a washing machine and an iron (because when traveling by plane the available weight is limited and we took only the necessary essentials) and above all, it had to have a high chair and a cot to meet 2 of the baby's many basic needs (eating and sleeping). Some of the things listed were already there, others, once we contacted the owner, he immediately made himself available to try to equip himself and he did it excellently! Moreover, the latter also made himself available for transfers from the airport to the villa and vice versa as there were 70 km of distance, but we had rented a car to move freely and in case of need, but we greatly appreciated the thought! Unfortunately, our vacation started off on the wrong foot because the plane was 2 hours late, and having updated the owner on our movements, here too, he was very available to welcome us late at night and kindly indicated a place where we could still have dinner at that hour. Everything went wonderfully during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect and fully met our expectations. There were markets and rotisseries in the area. On the penultimate morning, we had a sweet awakening: the lady, owner and mother of the young man we were in contact with, brought us the famous "Pasticciotti" for breakfast, delicious and certainly unexpected, and again we greatly appreciated it. In short, what can I say: very kind owners, very helpful and not intrusive at all, renovated apartment (basically new) very clean, in a very quiet area, close to the sea and not too far from Gallipoli (easily reachable by car in about 5 minutes). We had a great time and if we ever return to that area in the future, we will definitely contact Ruben and his family again. We recommend it!
