Bed and breakfast Orizzonte is a 'private residence whose construction dates back to the '70s in the heart of Bear Tower, a charming town in the heart of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
Bed and breakfast Orizzonte enjoys a large garden, porch and terrace upstairs.
The rooms are used as a bed and breakfast are six for a total of ten beds, carefully decorated.
Located in the town of Torre dell'Orso just 50 meters from the sea and few kilometers from Otranto in a landscape famous for its pine forests, cliffs and long white beaches equipped for every need. Ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday combining the history, traditions and the pace of Salento with love and passion for the sea.

I carry out this activity for several years, I find it very interesting as it gives the possibility to meet different people with their traditions and customs. It 'sa pleasure to know this little piece of paradise with the sea present a short walk from the B & B.

Vacanza stupenda presso il b&b l’orizzonte, situato in pieno centro, a pochi passi dal mare.
Oltre alla posizione ottimale, ben fornita di tabacchi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar, il vero piacere è stata l’ospitalità del Sig. Marcello.
Il proprietario ci ha accolti con cortesia e disponibilità tant’è vero che all’arrivo improvviso di alcuni amici in tarda serata lo abbiamo telefonato e nell’arco di un quarto d’ora ha cercato di trovare una sistemazione per tutti.
A vantaggio della struttura vi è un grazioso giardino, perfetto per potersi rilassare o scambiare due chiacchiere, inoltre è dotato anche di una doccia fruibile dagli ospiti del b&b se ci si vuole togliere la sabbia di dosso.
Da sottolineare il rapporto qualità /prezzo. In alta stagione, durante la settimana di ferragosto, abbiamo pernottato con un costo nettamente inferiore alla media di strutture oltretutto collocate in punti meno comodi e funzionali.
Ci tornerò sicuramente, per il bellissimo mare di torre dell’orso, per la posizione strategica e per la grande disponibilità e cortesia del Sig. Marcello.

Tendo a precisare che la mia deve essere una critica costruttiva non una lamentela.
Partendo dalla colazione (prevista ma non concessa per il covid, avrei gradito uno sconto sul prezzo visto che nei 70 euro era prevista).
La camera rosa è bellissima con accesso al terrazzo e un tavolino per i fumatori con una bella vista sulla piazza ma il bagno lascia un po' a desiderare in quanto si sentono gli schiamazzi della piazza essendo stato costruito sul balcone praticamente con cartongesso. Inoltre una struttura che offre servizi di B&B dovrebbe fornire quanto meno bagno schiuma e shampoo cosa che non era presente in camera e quando l'ho comunicato mi è stato risposto che non fornivano quest'ultimo ma il proprietario ha provveduto trovando giusto un po' di bagno schiuma. Di certo la posizione è ottima per chi intende passare dei giorni a mare perché la zona della spiaggia dell'Orso è fantastica, ma molte cose sono da curare nei dettagli, basterebbe poco e sarebbe una delle strutture più belle in cui soggiornare in zona perché la villa in se è veramente bella.

Personale molto accogliente e proprietario molto simpatico gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa, b&b davvero molto bello e pulito, ed è a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare, siamo stati davvero bene!

Ho trascorso una settimana piacevole presso la struttura, il gestore è una persona affabile molto simpatico e sempre allegro. La pulizia è quello che più mi ha sorpreso, la signora non era obbligata eppure ogni mattina rimetteva in ordine la stanza. La posizione è magnifica a due passi dal mare e nel centro della marina vicino ad ogni tipo di intrattenimento. Sì, penso di ritornare il prossimo anno e posso tranquillamente consigliarla ad amici e a chiunque mi chieda un consiglio.
