Bed and breakfast Orizzonte is a 'private residence whose construction dates back to the '70s in the heart of Bear Tower, a charming town in the heart of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

Bed and breakfast Orizzonte enjoys a large garden, porch and terrace upstairs.

The rooms are used as a bed and breakfast are six for a total of ten beds, carefully decorated.

Located in the town of Torre dell'Orso just 50 meters from the sea and few kilometers from Otranto in a landscape famous for its pine forests, cliffs and long white beaches equipped for every need. Ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday combining the history, traditions and the pace of Salento with love and passion for the sea.

Wonderful holiday at the B&B Orizzonte, located in the city center, just a few steps from the sea. Besides the optimal location, well supplied with tobacco shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, the real pleasure was the hospitality of Mr. Marcello. The owner welcomed us with courtesy and availability, so much so that when some friends arrived unexpectedly late in the evening, we called him and within fifteen minutes he tried to find accommodation for everyone. An advantage of the property is a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing or having a chat, it also has a shower available for B&B guests if they want to remove the sand. Worth mentioning is the quality/price ratio. In high season, during the Ferragosto week, we stayed at a cost significantly lower than the average of structures located in less convenient and functional areas. I will definitely return, for the beautiful sea of Torre dell'Orso, for the strategic location, and for the great availability and courtesy of Mr. Marcello.

I tend to specify that mine is meant to be a constructive criticism, not a complaint. Starting from breakfast (planned but not provided due to Covid, I would have appreciated a discount on the price since it was included in the 70 euros). The pink room is beautiful, with access to the terrace and a small table for smokers with a nice view of the square, but the bathroom leaves something to be desired as you can hear the noise from the square, being built on the balcony practically with plasterboard. Furthermore, a B&B should provide at least shower gel and shampoo, which were not available in the room and when I communicated this, I was told that they did not provide the latter, but the owner provided some shower gel. Certainly, the location is great for those who want to spend days by the sea because the Orso beach area is fantastic, but many things need attention to detail, it would take just a little and it would be one of the most beautiful places to stay in the area because the villa itself is really beautiful.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia del luogo a due passi dal mare, dal centro e del gestore persona molto disponibile e simpatico. La colazione abbondante e fresca, è da ritornare!

Ho trascorso una settimana piacevole presso la struttura, il gestore è una persona affabile molto simpatico e sempre allegro. La pulizia è quello che più mi ha sorpreso, la signora non era obbligata eppure ogni mattina rimetteva in ordine la stanza. La posizione è magnifica a due passi dal mare e nel centro della marina vicino ad ogni tipo di intrattenimento. Sì, penso di ritornare il prossimo anno e posso tranquillamente consigliarla ad amici e a chiunque mi chieda un consiglio.
