Description

Villa Anna guest house is a property located in Brindisi, a few steps from the Salento airport, reachable in 10 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car, and a few km from the city center.

It is 35 km from Ostuni, 40 km from Lecce, 70 km from Tarando. Surrounded by greenery, it offers its guests a large garden equipped with dining tables, sun loungers, umbrellas, a relaxing gazebo, barbecue, and 6 large rooms equipped with all the comforts needed to ensure a pleasant stay.

In the common areas, breakfast rooms and equipped kitchen available to all guests, lounge with fireplace and flat screen TV.

Our rooms, comfortable, modern furnishings, coffee machine, refrigerator, air conditioning, wifi, TV, private bathroom with bathroom courtesy kit, hairdryer.

At Villa Anna Affittacamere we do not serve fresh breakfast, but we do offer sweet savory snacks, fruit juices and coffee.

It is possible to dine in our garden, through home delivery of meals.

Outside the structure there is a bus stop for the sea and for the train station.

A paid shuttle service is available.

Car and bicycle rental with discounted prices for our guests, delivered directly to Villa Anna.

Small pets are allowed, only and exclusively with prior authorization

The location next to the airport was great. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Villa Anna for those traveling through Brindisi Airport. The bus stop to the city, port and railway station is right next to Villa Anna.

Lovely quiet inn. 20 minutes walk from the airport. My room was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely private bathroom. They provide some snacks and a bottle of water in the room. The host offered to order me a pizza, but I had grabbed takeaway at the airport. They provide coffee, tea, bread and jam in the morning. Very helpful, friendly host.

Perfect experience! It is just a stone's throw from Brindisi airport, but for us it was much more than just a place to spend the night before our flight. An oasis of peace surrounded by a beautiful garden where we dined and relaxed. Large, renovated and clean rooms. In each room, there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a courtesy basket with sweet and savory snacks, infusions, and coffee capsules. Toiletry set in the bathroom. But above all, very kind and professional staff. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return!

I really liked the outdoor area, in my opinion, very nice with small islands with gazebos where to find relaxing moments in the evening. Excellent structure, very clean and very comfortable. Its location is great for those who need to catch a flight, Brindisi airport is reachable in less than 5 minutes. The owner and the staff are very sunny.

After 12 days of busy exploration, we found Villa Anna to be the most magical and relaxing place. Much more than we had hoped for during our last night in Italy. We had to order takeout, which took about an hour and a half to arrive. There were snacks available in the communal kitchen, which helped us get through. We chose this villa because it was a short walk to the airport. The owner created secret gardens in the expansive grounds. There was beauty and care everywhere.

The structure is very nice, surrounded by greenery despite being close to the airport. The room is well furnished and clean. The negative point was the breakfast: no buffet, just a basket with packaged snacks and some fruit juice. To top it off: to have coffee or cappuccino you have to take it from the vending machine and pay extra. I understand everything, but not including coffee in the room rate is a significant style faux pas.

Gentile Sig. Giannelli, mi perdoni…dove ha letto che nel mio affittacamere c’è la colazione? Prima di prenotare la camera mi aveva chiesto se era possibile la colazione e io le ho detto NO. Le ho spiegato che GRATUITAMENTE c’era un cestino con gli snack! Poi le ho aggiunto che ha bollitore e macchina del caffè in camera…anche questo compreso nel prezzo! I distributori automatici servono per avere qualcosa in più!!! Ora mi domando: cosa avrebbe voluto ancora? Io fossi in lei prenoterei in hotel la prossima volta..:perché probabilmente ha confuso struttura! Buona serata!!!

Ideal establishment for those who want to stay near the airport. 10-minute walk without the inconveniences of airplane noise as it is very quiet. Pleasant welcome, green surroundings, spacious and well-appointed room and breakfast offered in a small basket for those like us who leave early. Bus in front of the house to reach the center of Brindisi. Very good experience.

Perfect, right next to the airport and yet we didn't hear anything at night. Not really a breakfast (croissants placed in the room), kitchen made available very convenient. Very pleasant staff and very nice and clean hotel.

Stephania was so gracious, greeting me early on Saturday morning even though my room wasn't ready since I was so early, she made accommodations to store my luggage and made arrangements for me to be transported to town. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are well appointed with coffee, tea, water and a nice hot shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Very close to the airport so it was very convenient for my early morning flight out. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

Villa Anna is perfect for its proximity to the airport (900m on foot), quiet, with a very large and clean room, very pleasant and relaxing common areas and garden, kindness of the staff. A real fresh breakfast for those who don't take the plane in the morning would be a plus, but the snack provided is well stocked. Quite expensive (like all of Brindisi), but very convenient and comfortable.

Beautiful location, clean, the owner very kind and helpful, convenient for airport (10-15 minutes on foot). Beautiful garden, relaxation area. The nearby beaches and the spectacular sea. I would have liked a more careful breakfast but I believe it is a consequence of the covid period.

We spent one night on 03.07 and one on 13.07 and it was perfect. They allowed us to store our luggage while the rooms were not ready, with this favor we were able to visit Brindisi and surroundings peacefully. The manager is very kind, helpful, gave us good advice. The place is beautiful, even our 6-year-old twins were very happy with the B&B! The garden is huge and even if you are not alone at the B&B, you will find a quiet spot. Perfect and also generous breakfast. In the room there was a mini fridge and a coffee machine, the best. Perfect Wi-Fi. Then it is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, ideal! Thanks again for everything! Letizia.

I stopped at Villa Anna for just one night due to a flight delay, but I plan to return on my next visits to Puglia. The lady is very kind and well-organized. The room is beautiful and has a very nice outside area to relax. It is very close to the airport but far enough out to already feel immersed in the Salento nature.

We spent the night at Villa Anna because we were passing through Riva di Ugento. The location was perfect for our needs as it was close to the airport. A shuttle bus connects the airport to Brindisi station, so we were able to comfortably spend the evening in the city center and then return for the night. In the room, there is everything needed to have a small breakfast, but if there is time (unfortunately, we didn't have it) you can go down and enjoy the garden to start the day outdoors. The staff is very helpful.

We stayed 4 days at the enchanting Villa Anna and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, kindness, and availability of the staff. It's also worth mentioning the annex where we stayed, very well-kept in terms of furniture (new), spotlessly clean, and complete with every type of service. We will return in August.
