Description
Close to Saint Orontius Square, in the very heart of the city, and a mere stone's throw from the baroque Church of Saint Matthew, you will find a charming narrow lane called Vico del Sole that is home to our small B&B.

Recently restored, the building is finished in raw materials and draws its inspiration from the principles of Feng Shui. Stone, wood and wrought iron are blended harmoniously with elements of ethnic tradition.

The guest accommodations, consisting of a room with double bed and a four bedded one TV as well as en-suite bathroom, are accessed through a separate entrance to ensure your complete privacy. They are furnished in typical Mediterranean colours entirely in keeping with local tradition; like the entire house, they feature a vaulted stone ceiling made from Lecce limestone.

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Silvia. Le B&B est très confortable, idéalement situé et aménagé avec goût, dans une ruelle calme, à 10minutes à pied de la gare. Le petit déjeuner, varié, copieux et constitué de produits locaux frais, salés et sucrés, est un vrai régal (la confiture maison au citron: une révélation!). La seule ombre au tableau: l'espace toilette/douche n'est pas très isolé (phoniquement) de l'espace chambre. Notre séjour dans ce B&B contribue à l'excellente impression laissée par la ville de Lecce. Grazie Silvia!

Ruhige lage im zentrum, altes haus, innen renoviert. Die zimmer sind groß mit hohen decken. Etwas feucht, aber entfeuchter vorhanden. Im 2. raum noch 2 zusatzbetten. Dusche sehr klein, viele ablagemöglichkeiten. Die klobürste müsste mal ausgewechselt werden. Handtuchwechsel täglich. Besitzerin Silvia sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Das frühstück ist einmalig gut.

Padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione con prodotti tipici pugliesi dolci e salati. Ambiente accogliente e ampio. Unica pecca le docce un po' piccole. In pieno centro storico ma defilato rispetto al flusso enorme di persone, quindi posizione top! Tornassi a Lecce prenoterei ancora questa struttura.

In posizione strategica, in centro ma in una stradina silenziosa e tranquilla, con accesso indipendente. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia da Silvia che ci ha aiutato con consigli utilissimi. Ambiente fresco e pulitissimo, arredato con carattere. Sarà porto sicuro ogniqualvolta torneremo a Lecce.

Graziosa struttura dal soffitto alto ad archi, posizione centralissima e, allo stesso tempo, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione; Stanze leggermente umide, inconveniente ovviato dalla presenza di un deumidificatore. Colazioni abbondanti e gustose, con prodotti tipici leccesi forniti dalla padrona di casa, la quale è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile.

Dopo 6 anni, Vico del Sole è diventato un punto di riferimento per me. Situato in un punto strategico e comodo, vicinissimo a Piazza Sant'Oronzo. La camera è molto pulita, carinissima ed essenziale e la Signora Silvia è dolcissima e molto simpatica. È sempre un piacere fare due chiacchiere con lei. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posizione ed accoglienza molto piacevoli, peccato però che nel 2018 non avevamo possibilità né di guardare la tv né di refrigerarci con un condizionatore. La presenza tuttavia di un ventilatore e di un deumidificatore un po' anzianotti ci ha aiutato a riposare un pochino.

Ho alloggiato con il mio ragazzo per due notti in una stanza doppia. La camera era spaziosa, funzionale, pulita, munita di tv, deumidificatore e ventilatore. Il bagno un po' piccolo ma comodo e sempre in ordine. Ho messo voto 10 per la gestione perché la proprietaria (donna simpaticissima, sempre disponibile) è stata molto flessibile con gli orari del check-in e della colazione, quest'ultima deliziosa, varia e abbondante: frutta fresca, pane croccante, marmellata e i buonissimi pasticciotti leccesi, oltre al latte e caffe caldi. È la seconda volta che alloggiamo qui, e se capiterà nuovamente l'occasione alloggieremo senz'altro di nuovo.

Camera doppia con ingresso indipendente a due passi da una delle strade principali di Lecce. Colazione abbondante e camera pulita. La signora Silvia è stata molto gentile e disponibile.
