Vaccaro 23 City and Sea

Welcome to Vaccaro23, a cozy apartment located just a short distance from the city center and only 100 meters from the longest seafront in Europe. Its prime location makes it ideal for exploring the downtown area and the old town, with its charming narrow streets, the Basilica, the Cathedral, and the Swabian Castle. In just a 10-minute walk from the station, you can easily reach the airport and navigate the area to visit Bari and its surroundings.

The apartment, in pristine condition and recently renovated, is situated on the raised ground floor of a stylish and quiet building. It features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, spacious wardrobes and drawers, luggage racks, a crib available upon request, air conditioning, and mosquito nets. There is a large entrance with a cozy sofa for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with amenities and a shower, a laundry area, and an outdoor terrace furnished with garden furniture. The rooms are equipped with desks for workstations, complete with USB ports for connecting laptops.

Each room is provided with a smart TV, and the kitchen includes a kettle for tea, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven, an induction cooktop, and a dishwasher, along with all the necessary cooking utensils.

The area is well-served by various shops, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes for delightful breakfasts and aperitifs, supermarkets, pharmacies, and offers rentals for bicycles, scooters, electric cars, with buses that can quickly take you to the station or other parts of the city.

Guests will be welcomed by a staff member for check-in. You can leave your luggage before the scheduled check-in time by coordinating in advance with the host. A form of identification will be required, and the tourist tax must be paid.

The tourist tax must be paid in cash directly at the property upon arrival or via bank transfer prior to arrival.

The cost of the tourist tax is 2 euros per person per night.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- An extra fee of 80 euros will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette, including the dishes (plates, glasses, cups, pots).

- We kindly remind all our valued guests that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

HOUSE RULES:
- Access to the property is only permitted for paying guests who have provided the necessary documentation for registration with the local authorities. Violators will face penalties as stipulated by law, and the relevant authorities will be notified.

- The use of the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher is allowed only upon request to the host, with an additional cost (please ask the host for the price of the supplement).
