We spent the Ferragosto week on this magical island. We were looking for a quiet place for Ferragosto with a beautiful sea at reasonable prices and we definitely found it. The house has a spectacular view, has all the comforts and is cool and livable even in summer. Pia was very kind and very helpful, always reachable every day of our holiday.

The owner Pia is very welcoming and helpful. From the pier to the property, located in Piazza San Nicola, you must walk about 400 m up a steep climb where passenger transport is not possible.

The structure is perfect for a couple's vacation and is carefully maintained by Pia, who is always available for advice and any needs. San Nicola is a magical place, perfect for those seeking absolute relaxation in the essentials and in the silence of the islands. And Pia's house is everything one might need for such a vacation.
