The property can accommodate up to 15 guests and offers a variety of living arrangements suitable for couples, families, or groups. Options include a small apartment with a private terrace, a living area with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom; an independent double room on the ground floor with a private bathroom; a double room on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom and balcony; and a ground-floor apartment featuring a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a private terrace. All bathrooms are equipped with showers.
Outside, a spacious fenced garden surrounds the house, filled with flowers, aromatic plants, cacti, prickly pears, citrus trees, and olive trees.
