The apartment is located in Torre dell'Orso (LECCE) in via Walter Tobagi inside the Sol&mar residence, 450 meters from the sandy beach, 200 meters from the town centre. The unit is located on the first floor overlooking the pool. It consists of: living room with TV and Sky decoder (card not included), air conditioning, sofa with double bed, equipped kitchenette, equipped with everything needed for cooking. A bedroom with TV and air conditioning, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower cubicle, laundry area with washing machine, roof terrace equipped with gazebo, kitchen corner in Lecce stone, gas barbecue, table and chairs for dining on warm evenings in the summertime.

Guests of the apartment will have free access to the swimming pool, open from 10: 00 to 13: 00 in the morning and from 16: 30 to 19: 30 in the afternoon, constantly supervised by a lifeguard. Guests will also have a square for free and unattended parking.
