Tenuta Santo Stefano is a small, modest family-run residence in a farm setting.
No pets are allowed.
The estate offers studio apartments consisting of a double bedroom, with the possibility of adding a third bed, as well as facilities and an external kitchenette (some studios do not have a kitchenette).
The estate provides ample outdoor spaces for spending evenings in absolute tranquility, organizing barbecues or allowing children to play in complete peace of mind.
A large green lawn provides freshness to the view and separates the apartments from the bar and breakfast service.

The sea is about 900 meters away and can be reached on foot through a small pine forest (Santo Stefano pine forest), or by using the bicycles provided by Tenuta Santo Stefano with the responsibility of the guest.

I stayed at this property for two weeks with my partner and six other friends. The estate is super nice and well-maintained, the rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. We booked in advance to have all the cottages close together, each with its own outdoor space with clothesline and kitchenette for cooking. Giuliano, the owner, a very great and generous person, provides bicycles to reach the sea (the beautiful bay of the Turks), and also a common area where you can grill or cook. Also, you can give him your laundry for free and every three to four days they change the sheets and towels. Breakfast is included in the morning and is very rich. Saying that we felt like home is an understatement! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Giuliano, you are a special person and we will definitely come back to visit you! Giorgia, Davide, Silvia, Luca, Cristina, Danilo, Marta, and Cristian.
