In the family, everyone has their role.
Grandfather Domenico, the "Director" and head of the household, is the heir of the family estate. He oversees and directs the activities that take place here. Passionate about DIY, farming, and homemade wine, he has spent a good part of his free time organizing and managing the vast spaces of Santa Rosa.
Grandmother Paola, the "Saint," is the driving force of the family, the place, and especially the bed & breakfast, of which she is an essential part. Homemade breakfasts and chats are her strong suit.
Then there's Alessandra, or rather Aunt Ale, the "Jack-of-all-trades," from restoring the structure to crafting, from driving the tractor to cultivating roses, and much more.
And finally, there's Tiziana (Aunt Ti), Gabriele (Uncle Bi), and little Siria.
Aunt Ti has a degree in Environmental Economics. Not by chance, she keeps track of the household finances and carries forward the project on "Ecosystem Services" of Santa Rosa, started in 2016. The aim is to highlight all the valuable benefits that the surrounding nature provides for free every day, in order to preserve them in the long term.
Uncle Bi, a farmer for generations and passionate about mechanics, helps her in this endeavor. Together, they cultivate the 5 hectares of land surrounding the estate, producing seasonal vegetables and legumes, with some typical local varieties, strictly extra virgin olive oil, fruits, and a bit of wine for the house.
Finally, Siria adds that magical touch that only children can give. She learns quickly, is always on the move, and never misses an opportunity to amaze us.

A strategic location a few steps from the sea, but in an oasis of peace in the greenery of the countryside. A stunning breakfast with their products (who would have ever told me that I would love mandarin juice?!), but the photos cannot convey the warmth and family atmosphere that can be felt at Tenuta Santa Rosa. In the choice, the presence of Gatta Bianca in the photo was decisive, but we found much more.

We were there in August and from the very first moment we realized we made the right choice. The place is lovely, fresh, and clean. The hosts, a family, each kinder and more helpful than the other. The location is perfect to reach the sea in a few minutes by car. The breakfast is SUPERB. Highly recommended, in fact, I have already recommended it to many people.

A structure immersed in greenery, located in a strategic position, also to reach the sea, two minutes by car. Delicious and abundant breakfast. The family that manages the B&B, made up of very talented people, who make you feel at ease, better than when you are at home!

If you are looking for a place surrounded by nature, in the countryside but close to the beach, you have found what you need for a relaxing holiday, away from mass tourism. The family running the B&B is welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast is made with products they grow in their garden. It's a beautiful place for the eyes, the mind, the nerves, and the soul.
