Description
Tenuta Montincello is near the town of Vieste, in the heart of the Gargano National Park, one of the most beautiful places in Puglia. It is approximately 900 metres from Scialmarino Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches of Vieste and the Gargano region, with crystal clear water and fine sand, where the Umbra Forest meets the sea, an area rich in both history and natural beauty. It is approximately 6km to the North of Vieste and 12 km from the Foresta Umbra –the ancient church of Santa Maria di Merino and the Salata Necropoli (an ancient cemetery of historical interest) can be found nearby. Tenuta Montincello is owner-managed and is made up of holiday villas, apartments and rooms available on a bed and breakfast basis, all recently built. The holiday villas, fully furnished and equipped, are situated in an olive grove of around 13, 000 square metres. The olive grove is still active and produces extra-virgin olive oil. Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Hello and welcome to Tenuta Montincello.

My name is Angelo and my wife Anna and, in recent years with our children, Alice and Alessio are the owners and operators of this structure.

We started this business in 2003 with 5 cottages for arriving now with 15 houses and a small bar.

On Tenuta, as well as entertain you for the wonderful holiday of Gargano and discover its beautiful bays and beaches, of producing 'good extra virgin olive oil.

Il posto ha delle ottime potenzialità, è molto accogliente e curato, nonché in posizione strategica rispetto alle Cittadine limitrofe e ai servizi essenziali, ma manca di zone ricreative e riparate dal sole. Inoltre le camere sono prive di aria condizionata, il che riduce di molo il confort complessivo.

Una struttura con tutte le comodità, nella pace più totale. Qualsiasi attività comoda nell’ordine di un 1 km massimo. Posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi cosa o spiaggia in auto.

Con il mio compagno siamo stati in questa struttura, scegliendo il bilocale, 3 giorni e 4 notti. Pulizia top ! ci siamo davvero rilassati. Le case sono tra gli ulivi:) e c'è anche la possibilità di fare grigliate nel verde; non lontano da Vieste e da Peschici, spiagge vicine e bellissime. Ben servito da locali e supermercati, maneggio. Proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali. Consigliatissimo. Unica pecca non ci sono i condizionatori, ma ci siamo adattati con i ventilatori presenti nella casa.

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde a pochi chilometri da Vieste, gestori molto cordiali e disponibili e mai invadenti, ottima pulizia e casa abbastanza confortevole. Alcune cose da rivedere nell'assortimento del lato cucina e sedie all'esterno dell'immobile, ma sicuramente una struttura da consigliare! Alla prossima

Alla struttura manca il condizionatore che al mio avviso serve! Poi una sala con lavatrici. Manca una buona segnale di internet! Del resto tutto bene. Pulito e i gestori molto cordiali. Tenuta giusta per chi ha dei figli, giochi e posto molto tranquillo.

Sono circa 10 anni che io e mio marito passiamo le nostre ferie a Vieste, bellissimo paese come tutto il resto del Gargano, ne siamo innamorati. Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato nella Tenuta Montincello e siamo rimasti molto contenti della nostra scelta. La Villetta bilo 2 che ci hanno dato è, rispetto a dove abbiamo alloggiato gli anni passati, molto più spaziosa e funzionale, pulitissima e con un bagno enorme. All'esterno, in un curato uliveto, oltre alla veranda c'è un cortile esclusivo e una bella zona barbecue in mezzo agli ulivi. Personale molto cortese e presente per ogni richiesta, mare a meno di un chilometro.

Consiglio a tutti questa struttura, immersa in un bel uliveto e in una posizione strategica, vicina alla baia di Spiaggialunga. Villette belle, nuove e molto pulite, gestori molto cordiali e disponibili.

Dopo il mio breve ma stupendo soggiorno ho prenotato per luglio e ho consigliato la Tenuta Montincello a degli amici di Milano, e sono contento e felice di averlo fatto. Location stupenda. Vieste è già un posto indimenticabile imbattersi poi in strutture come questa è una vera fortuna. Proprietari accoglienti e cordiali, casette nuove con tanto spazio attorno, poi sembra di stare a casa. Anche come prezzo è ottimo.

Ottima vacanza. Bel Residence in mezzo ad un uliveto, prezzi onesti, casette nuove e ben pulite, ci hanno assegnato un bilocale molto spazioso, ci sono barbecue per grigliate all'esterno delle casette e il Bar all'ingresso della Tenuta. Al mare si può andare a piedi e il posto è molto tranquillo rispetto ai campeggi sul mare. Bellissima Vieste, le sue spiagge e la gente del posto, che dire, ottimo.

Struttura disposta fra Peschici e Vieste, nella parte migliore del Gargano, a ridosso della foresta umbra. I mini appartamenti garantiscono la necessaria indipendenza offrendo tutti i necessari confort. Posto molto silenzioso e tranquillo ideale per chi vuol trascorrere qualche giorno lontano da fastidi e rumori. L'area intorno è attrezzata per barbecue, offrendo la possibilità di soggiornare come se si fosse a casa propria. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.
