Description

Both the Villa and the Residence are located in a park of 15, 000 square meters surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The area includes a large car park and a spacious recreational area: a large garden with pine trees, eucalyptus and other Mediterranean species. Inside the park, there is a concrete tennis court with changing rooms and a bocce court for the guests of the entire Estate. There is also a renovated rural structure of about 30 square meters with a kitchen, a double bed and a bathroom with a shower available. The Estate is adjacent to the State Road SS16 which connects Maglie to Otranto.

THE VILLA
Luxurious and exclusive Villa composed of a large living area with a central table for 14 people, 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (with the possibility of adding 2 more beds) and 4 bathrooms. There is also a tavern with a billiard table. Outside, there is a spacious gazebo with a table for 14 people, a barbecue area with a wood zone, a grass volley court, a bonfire area, a large swimming pool (16 x 7. 3 meters) and a small hexagonal pool with a whirlpool. Table tennis, foosball and bicycles are also available.

THE RESIDENCE
Exclusive Residence composed of 4 villas immersed in the countryside of Salento. Each unit consists of a large kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom for a total of 4 + 1 beds. The Residence has a private pool (10 x 4. 8 meters) shared by the 4 villas, table tennis, foosball and bicycles.

If we could rate higher than a 10, we would! Matteo and Giuseppe are superstars! We felt right at home with our 7 and 2 year old kids, and were able to disconnect and enjoy immensely! The location is awesome, beautiful, and nicely located in the countryside! Also it is a strategic location to visit the Salento region! Thank you Matteo and Giuseppe for everything, we will be back!

We had a great time at Tenuta Le Crie: the apartment is modern and equipped with all comforts, including a large outdoor area for dining and barbecuing. The pool is very beautiful and always clean. Matteo was always very helpful with all our requests. The location is also excellent, just 15 minutes by car from Otranto and 5 from Maglie.
