Description

The recently inaugurated Tenuta Almatellus is located in Torre Lapillo, in the Lido degli Angeli area. It is 500 meters away from the sea, easily reachable on foot, about 1 km from the town center, and less than 5 km from Porto Cesareo. Our guests have access to rooms equipped with a minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Parking is free.

After waking up, guests can enjoy a generous open-air breakfast buffet.

For direct comparison, you can find us every day at the Mare Fritto restaurant, near the tower of Torre Lapillo, run by Grandpa Mimì.

The facility is not set up to accommodate pets.

BY CAR: From Milan, take the A14; from Rome, take the A16 and exit at Bari Nord, then follow the SS16 towards Brindisi, and take the Mesagne-San Pancrazio exit. From Taranto, head towards San Giorgio Ionico-Manduria-Avetrana.

BY PLANE: Bari Airport, 150 km away; Brindisi Airport, 50 km away.

Delightful property, immersed in greenery and tranquility but just a few steps from the sea and the most beautiful beaches of Salento. Maximum attention and care in cleaning and maintenance, management attentive to customer needs. Breakfast with Salento specialties, fresh fruit, and drinks. Excellent value for money.

Highly recommended structure for its location just outside Torre Lapillo (next to Camping Porto Cesareo), quiet and very clean. You live a total relaxation experience but you are still close to everything. \nThe managers (Alessandra and Giovanni) are very helpful and also the lady Giovanna who takes care of a little of everything always welcomes you with a smile (which you can see clearly even behind the mask). \nQuite varied breakfast with almost every day classic pasticciotti, freshly baked focaccia and croissants. \nSuper positive experience!

Ideal structure for those seeking tranquility. Large and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness and breakfast accompanied by Loredana, pleasant and enjoyable company. The beaches are all nearby within a few kilometers. For us who do not like confusion, it was a perfect stay.

Wonderful structure immersed in the scents and colors of Salento, close to the beautiful sea. From the first day, we were pampered in a familiar yet discreet environment. The surprise was discovering the delicious seafood dishes where quality, quantity, and price have an excellent ratio in the restaurant by the sea run by the same owners of Tenuta Almatellus. A beautiful place, away from the chaos of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo but a stone's throw from the beautiful sea and the most renowned centers (you still need a car to reach the white beaches and Porto Cesareo). You sleep well, good and plentiful breakfast (missing the salty part, there is only the Apulian focaccia with cherry tomatoes, delicious!). Dedicated parking inside the structure that remains covered under a greenhouse tent. Beautiful experience, definitely recommended!

The estate is located in the countryside but less than a kilometer from the center of Torre Lapillo and is very close to the various beaches. However, you find yourself immersed in the greenery of a meticulously cared for garden, where a great tranquility reigns. It is a real pleasure to enjoy this peace listening to the cicadas before going to bed and upon waking up. The room is spacious and equipped with everything: TV, air conditioning, and a small fridge for drinks. Outside there are the clothesline, table, chairs, and sun loungers. The buffet breakfast is very abundant and delicious, with fresh products, and is served in the veranda by the always available and very friendly Loredana, who also takes care of the rooms. For all guests, there is also a larger refrigerator with a freezer. The car parking is covered, and there is also an area with barbecue, tables, and chairs. The managers Giovanni and Loredana are very friendly and helpful people, despite being very busy as they also run a restaurant by the sea where you can eat very good fish at excellent prices. Excellent structure located in a good position: a little house immersed in the open countryside a stone's throw from the sea. For me, the top. The managers Giovanni and Alessandra were very helpful, not always present because they also manage a good fish restaurant by the sea near the tower. But I must give credit especially to Loredana, who with her sympathy brightened our mornings with abundant breakfasts and kept the room very clean. Well done to everyone for having a great stay.

Soggiornato le 2 settimane centrali di luglio; la struttura è ben tenuta, immersa nel verde (molto curato), le camere sono pulite e climatizzate e dotate di tutti i confort (è presente anche un piccolo frigo). Il parcheggio è all'interno della struttura, coperto ed il tutto è chiuso da un cancello elettronico. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Da ripetere.

È un angolo di paradiso, abbiamo soggiornato con amici anche loro con bimbi, non appena varchi il cancello ti sembra di entrare in un'altra dimensione, è tutto molto curato, la proprietaria Alessandra è stata magnifica, Santina ci ha coccolato in tutto dalla colazione al mattino alla camera profumata di pulito al pomeriggio al rientro dalla spiaggia. Le bimbe si sono divertite molto nello splendido giardino. Le spiagge vicine sono tutte belle.

Struttura perfetta per tutte le nostre esigenze. Vicino alle spiagge più belle, camera pulita e comodissima, con portico dove abbiamo potuto anche cenare, parco dove i bambini potevano giocare e colazione abbondante servita con gentilezza e sempre con il sorriso. Non da meno il parcheggio all'interno della struttura con le auto sempre all'ombra. Siamo stati troppo bene.

Siamo stati 8 giorni in questa struttura con due bambine. La tenuta è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità e nello stesso tempo vicinissima alle spiagge più belle. Siamo stati molto bene non solo per la posizione, per la piacevolezza del posto ma anche per la gentilezza di Alessandra e Giovanni. Voglio infine ringraziare Manuela che ha reso le nostre colazioni ed il nostro soggiorno ancora più dolce e piacevole grazie alla sua gentilezza e attenzione. Ogni mattina ha esaudito i desideri delle bambine riservando loro sempre la loro colazione preferita. Da tornarci. Grazie ancora, Catia.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nello splendido Salento in occasione di un matrimonio. Purtroppo i giorni sono stati pochi, ma veramente molto rilassanti. Alla struttura non manca nulla, la colazione è abbondante e molto buona e poi Emanuela è stata molto gentile e cordiale, così come i proprietari. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Lo consiglio vivamente, anche per il meraviglioso mare vicino.

Struttura bellissima, un'oasi di pace. Camera grande e pulita, bagno con doccia grande. Colazione buona e abbondante. Una bellissima esperienza. Attenzione: non accettano pagamento con il bancomat, la mattina del check-out abbiamo perso 40 minuti per andare a ritirare nel bancomat più vicino (a Porto Cesareo) e non avevano il resto da darci, quindi abbiamo lasciato dei soldi in più. Bastava saperlo prima. Spero di essere utile per i prossimi ospiti.

Siamo stati io e la mia ragazza a soggiornare per tre notti in un posto veramente da favola, accogliente, caldo, immerso nel verde ed a poche centinaia di metri dal mare ed a pochi minuti di auto da spiagge da sogno. La colazione è molto bella perché la si effettua in pieno relax, sentendo solo in sottofondo i sibilli della natura. L'accoglienza, così come la disponibilità dei gestori è davvero eccelsa, così come infine il cibo che le nostre papille gustative hanno potuto saggiare presso il loro ristorantino.

Che dire, tutto perfetto: il B&B si trova poco distante da un mare a dir poco eccezionale; da Torre Lapillo e qualche Km dalla stupenda Porto Cesareo. Struttura nuova, camera pulitissima, bagno profumato e splendente come quello di casa, Giovanni il proprietario simpaticissimo; Loredana ci ha fatto gustare colazioni abbondanti e sempre con il sorriso e infine i 2 cuccioli di cani da cui è stato difficile separarsi, anche per i miei bambini che all'inizio avevano paura. Giovanni a settembre torniamo a farci un week end e prenotaci un posto al ristorante Mare Fritto.

Abbiamo trovato un ambiente nuovo, in ordine e molto accogliente. Ottima la gestione da parte della signora Alessandra e del marito Signor Giovanni, e la pulizia quotidiana delle stanze della signora Loredana, nonché la disponibilità di tutti. Molto buona la vicinanza al mare e alle strutture turistiche di maggior richiamo nonostante la quiete e tranquillità del posto. Ottimo per: amanti della natura, coppie, famiglie e single.
