The SunShine BedandBreakfast is located in a villa typical of Salento, in the green of the Mediterranean, surrounded by a large well-kept garden, with large green areas with sun beds and pine trees where the hammocks set amongst the trees welcome you to spend moments of relaxation. The rooms are equipped with all comforts, air condionata fridge, tvc led, hairdryer, bed linens and towels, curtains in total darkness, every room is equipped with ensuite bathroom. Reserved parking inside the property. BBQing in the garden of the fabulous grilled. The property is spectacular, set in private greenery with a pool, barbecue, solarium, tables and armchairs. The big dog TUC will keep you company during relaxing moments in the garden, while Serena and Stefano will make you feel at ease in every situation with their kindness and sensitivity. You may also meet other guests on the property, all with the same desire to relax and feel good. Double room 2 is large, has all the comforts and a nice en-suite bathroom. The rooms are located on floor -1, while the owners are on the ground floor and can be contacted for any needs. The property is a 3-minute drive from the center and from public and private parking. I highly recommend the property because it offers excellent value for money, allows you to relax away from the tourist chaos of the center and because Stefano and Serena are two people worth knowing for their kindness.

Great location immersed in vegetation, quiet and just outside the center of Otranto. Beaches and city center are reachable in a short time. The manager provides advice on how to reach the center, parking lots, and the most popular destinations in the area. The only downside is the breakfast (we expected something typical of the place) which is very basic and packaged. Unfortunately, we also had a small issue with the shower on the day of check-out, there was no hot water and it was not possible to take a shower in the morning.

B&B located in a great position to reach Otranto and the various seaside resorts. SunShine is located in a strategic position with ample green space where you can relax. Very clean and excellent hospitality from the kind owners always available. Fantastic and abundant breakfast with typical products including the 'pasticciotto leccese'. I absolutely recommend it.

Stefano knows well how to welcome customers. He made us feel comfortable right away, he explained what to see in Otranto and how to get there. The room is very clean and spacious, equipped with a very useful minibar and air conditioning. 3 minutes by car from the center, strategic location.

Truly a splendid, new and well-maintained structure. Positioned in a strategic location to reach all the seaside resorts in the area. Ample parking and spacious surroundings, all immersed in greenery. The owners are very kind and friendly, always available for all needs. The center of Otranto is easily reachable by car.

A huge thank you to Stefano and Serena who welcomed us with great kindness at their B&B in Otranto. Super well-located position just a few minutes from Otranto, tidy structure surrounded by nature. Fabulous breakfast, from pasticciotto to croissants and a very tasty freshly baked ricotta! We really enjoyed our stay! We will come back to visit you!

My boyfriend Raffaele and I stayed at the bed and breakfast in the first days of August. We had a great time. The bed and breakfast is surrounded by nature a few kilometers from the center. It is a little villa surrounded by green spaces where you can relax on loungers or hammocks. The rooms are satisfactory and the breakfast is top-notch. Additionally, Serena and Stefano are very kind and helpful. It is the ideal place to stay to visit Otranto and to stay in a peaceful and cool environment.

We really enjoyed our stay, Stefano and Serena are extremely hospitable and kind. The freshly baked pasticciotti at breakfast are a delightful daily temptation. What can I say, nice and well-kept rooms, everything is very clean. In short, I really can't find a fault.

Stunning place, for those who do not want to go to the sea can relax in the garden hammocks, an oasis of peace. My single room with a double bed is spacious, spotlessly clean, full of light, and with air conditioning. The sympathy and evening chats with Serena and Stefano, two truly exceptional people, their breakfasts seem more like a lunch. What struck me a lot was their cordiality, their smiles, their kindness, their hospitality. Serena is an excellent host who puts you at ease, Stefano gives you many tips on beautiful places to visit and how to get there. Even though I was there for only three days, I managed to rest but above all I felt really really good. Thanks to Serena and Stefano.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast at the gates of Otranto. What can I say, Stefano and Serena welcomed us in a simple and wonderful way. The structure, in its simplicity, offers excellent comfort and tranquility. Our room was perfect, very spacious, perfectly clean and air-conditioned. The breakfast served by Serena was excellent, with special requests also being fully satisfied. But above all, the friendliness of Stefano and Serena together with the friendship established is incomparable. We will return at the end of August. Highly recommended to everyone.

What can I say about the welcome we received from Stefano (the owner) and Serena, simply excellent. Simple and functional B&B, very clean, very close to the center of Otranto and the beaches, excellent breakfast served by Serena. Unfortunately my boyfriend and I only stayed one night on the occasion of the 1st of May bridge, so we couldn't take advantage of all the available services (for example the hammocks in the garden) as we only needed it for sleeping. The owner is very kind, he provided us with several indications to reach the various places to visit. Room spacious enough for two, in total tranquility. Breakfast is more like a lunch as it is very abundant, with artisanal croissants/pasticciotti, yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, everything in short. I recommend it to anyone.

Given the frenzy of tourists during my week in Otranto, I can say that I found my oasis of tranquility in this B&B. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which I found comfortable, spacious, and pleasantly quiet. The structure, immersed in greenery, is cared for with passion and love and allows you to relax on hammocks upon returning from the sea. The breakfast fully satisfied my sweet tooth, in addition to offering cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt, it offers very good pastry sweets and excellent homemade cakes. To frame all this, the extreme kindness of the owners, who are helpful and polite people and have been able to give us valuable suggestions and human warmth. A sincere thank you to Stefano and Serena.
