Located just 300 meters from the beautiful San Vito beach, the Sun Wine Bed & Breakfast welcomes you with three modern rooms, equipped with a comfortable living room, a common breakfast area, and an outdoor space with a terrace that offers breathtaking sea views and a garden.
The property is housed in a typical Salento villa, recently renovated, which offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV.
The B&B has completely independent rooms, including private outdoor space. The accommodations feature spacious private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and two of the three rooms can be considered mini-apartments, as they are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to cook.
The bus stop to reach the city center, where you will find numerous shops for shopping, the MarTa Museum, the Aragonese Castle (one of the most visited historical sites in Italy), the revolving bridge, the old town with its churches and ancient underground caves, is located in the immediate vicinity of the B&B.
Less than 1 km away, you can also reach a large commercial area with pharmacies, tobacco shops, supermarkets, bars, pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, nightclubs, and free and equipped beaches.
